I as soon as I entered store today noticed floor was not cleaned at all, looked like never vacuumed for months. We ordered chocolate ice-cream right away noticed big dead mosquitoes on top and we left the store right away as I was skeptical of ordering ice-cream as soon as I entered. Store need serious hygiene practices and cleaning .

I went in today to get an ice-cream for myself .
The young man working there was so pleasant and warm.
I ended up tasting some new flavors and also got 2 more ice creams to go .He calls himself Christian. We need more people like him working with that pleasant attitude , makes this world a better place 😊and of course makes you enjoy the icecream and return for more!

Very sad that one young kid works by himself with a line of 15 people on the warmest day of the year. Not the first time!! The owner needs to get it together..

I love this ice cream! I went on a Saturday night and there was only one young gentleman working; he has a line of customers. He was kind and accommodating even though he had to run in the back several times. He should have had some help behind the counter but I’m giving 5 stars because of him.

Key points to why I rated it 1 star
1. First and foremost their staff closes when they feel like it. Have attempted to go several times, where they closed before posted time. Says closes at 10, but closed before then
2. Have tried to get a smoothie several different occasions just to be told they don’t have the proper ingredients. Once or twice doesn’t bother me, but when it’s consistent something should be done about supply chain of ingredients!
3. From the staff that has helped my girlfriend and I they have been unprofessional. For example:they make substitutions because they don’t want to go in the back and get additional ice cream because it requires more effort on their part
The reason why this has been tolerated is because my girlfriend and I do enjoy the quality of the ice cream and product in the few times we were able to get it.
I do hope things improve because as mentioned the ice cream is Very Good!!

The stars are bc the ice cream is good. HOWEVER I called all day yesterday to order ice cream pie for today and no answer for 6 hours. Soooo frustrating. Has happened many times in the past they are only open sporadically it seems so will order ice cream cakes elsewhere

We went there last Sunday and the store was very warm inside and some smell was there like bad milk or so. Still they were serving ice creams and the staffs were sweating because of the heat. After this visit my family is having cold and soar throat and today I had to take my younger one to doctor. I took time to send a feedback to Coldstone and not sure what they will do.. This store was is not good, this is second time for me.

First and foremost, both employees were not wearing gloves. Both were dealing with the registers and making orders in between and with the pandemic I think they gloves should be a must in any food place. I ordered a cheesecake fantasy. There were literally two FROZEN strawberries in the ice cream that were rock solid in one piece. Never coming back here again. Terrible service
