We sometimes visit this Pizza Hut after going to the cinema on the same complex. Always had a good experience here.
The QR code ordering was very convenient as we could take our time and go back and change the order if needed. Paying whilst ordering was also good as we didn't need to get the attention of staff for the bill. The meals were brought out out in a timely manner too. Staff asked a few times if everything was OK etc. Everyone Was polite and friendly.

We arrived, and it was fairly quiet with lots of clean tables available. Pizza was outstanding (my sons opinion), salad bar was fully stocked, service was great and the young lady serving us was very helpful. Children enjoyed ice cream factory. The food was tasty and well plated. Great value for money, and a cheeky night out with the family!

Really pleasant experience. Plenty of choice. We opted for the buffet menu meaning pizza salad drinks and ice cream for all. Easier for children to eat what they want. Probably cheaper than ordering specific pizzas for each person and drinks and puddings. Very tasty. Very filling.

Really dissatisfied £30 on pizzas to come home and find very little tomato sauce within the pizza and it looks under cooked. Tastes like mostly bread with undercooked cheese, raw toppings.
Can’t charge more than everyone else and dish out this tasteless undercooked pizza.

Went to a Pizza Hut (in Bedford) after a very very long time. Had a great evening with friends. The restaurant was very large and spacious and service was excellent. The pizzas and salad took me back to when we used to go to a Pizza Hut regularly when they had a large presence.

Pizza Hut Bedford - Super quick service, really attentive servers and a great atmosphere.
Kids really enjoyed it and polished plates and actually ordered seconds.
Skip the takeaway and come and enjoy some family time without the stress.

Went at quite a busy time and was lucky enough to get seated, clean enough, staff were polite, had to order via the app which was a bit of a pain in the butt and it is card only. Order and pay before you eat. Food was great had the peri peri cheese crust pizza, sides and refillable drinks, pretty pricey. Will probably come for the buffet lunch next time, quite a bit cheaper for the buffet.

Went for a buffet lunch. Staff really pleasant but the decor is outdated and lacking. The pizza on the buffet could have been replaced a bit quicker as there seemed to be empty pizza dishes for a while but good tasty pizza and salad
