If I could I'd give 0 stars. Not only did it take 4 times of me repeating my very simple order until they "got it all"...a 20 minute wait in the slowly moving drive thru...but I didn't even end up with what I ordered. All I wanted was 2 orders of the 2 for $6 quarter pounder with cheese, plain, no bun. I got a whole bag of shredded lettuce and meat...wheres my cheese! The staff was rude, no first greeting, no second greeting, no "have a good day" nothing! You would have thought they were robots. The first and last time stopping here, worst service I've ever gotten. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is def, ok one of the better McDonald's in the area. In fact I go here everytime. Only problem is always being outta ice cream. This one is fast , and never had any problem s at this one. Except the ice cream thing. I think they make it up how do u run outta ice cream. They clean the machine early to get outta their witch I get but come on.

3 of them were up beat and very professional and friendly for young workers. I went with my grandkids and they had had treated them like they knew them. I will be sending thank you cards to them. It been a long time since I've seen excellent customer skills.

Was hot and very delicious. Love going to this location. They sometimes forget things so please remind them of your order.

Staff was rude and unwelcoming. I went inside to place an order, no "Hi" no "Welcomed" no "What can I get you" no acknowledgement that someone had walked in, eye contact was avoided. After waiting 10 mins to place my order I had to use the kiosk, no receipt paper so I didn't get a receipt. I spent a total of 40 mins in there waiting on a take-out order. No sense of urgency, no customer service.

I'm sure there are employee issues. But if you are suppose to open at a certain time and your light are on in the establishment then why aren't you taking orders or at least acknowledging the guest in line an let them know you will be right with them. Two mornings in a row i have waited in line for up to 10 minutes after 5:30am and No one was taking orders but there were plenty of cars parked.

Don't visit this store often, but food made fresh, busy corner location, clean bathrooms, service decent all good points.
