This location used to be very well off. Recently they have gone severely downhill, with most if not all orders being incorrect. The staff now have a big attitude problem, and they will absolutely ruin your morning. I’m not sure if the management has changed but they really need to fix something over there. I’ve also noticed the way they prepare their food is not the same way the other Dunkin seem to, it’s almost like they didn’t have any corporate training. It’s very unfortunate

This is the second day in a row that my order was wrong. Today my food was also thrown into the counter when it was done. Now, I have worked at Dunks before and I understand how stressful it can be. But these teens don't want to work. It really is not hard to make what a customer wants. This may be harsh, but I don't think jobs like Dunks or Papa Gino's or McDonald's should make $15 an hour. If you don't like your job, leave. There are people who would gladly fill your spot. We need to retrain people in our work force.

Saw my order handed to a car in front of me in drive thru, then returned because the driver realized it was not their order. When I reached the window and was handed my coffee, I asked if this was the same one that the previous customer had just returned. The cashier said yes. I then requested a new coffee. He took the cup around the corner, then processed my payment. He then went to get my coffee and handed me the same cup. I know this because the coffee stains on the side were identical to the first cup he handed me. I did not want the coffee at that point.

This location used to be one of my favorites but is really losing it's touch. 9 out of 10 times my coffee is NOT made right, I have to go to another location to have it remade (It's not a complicated order). The staff is not friendly at the window most times.

This place used to be a great place to stop in. But recently service has been ... not great. Ordered an egg and cheese english muffin today and when I opened it there was just cheese in it! No egg! My drink was also poorly mixed and there were big clumps of matcha powder. Very disappointed 😭

I'm a "run on Dunks" person but this location was awful. From staffing to cleanliness. The staff was loud, yelling, and making fun of other staff. The dining room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a couple days. No clean tables, and there was food and trash on the floor. The lid of my coffee looked like it had been on the floor. I asked for a new one and the guy at the counter was not happy. The customer behind me actually said he was rude. Definitely wouldn't return to this store.

Unless you enjoy spit in your coffee, I'd recommend elsewhere. Was in the drive-thru while in uniform (law enforcement) and observed my coffee getting spit into and then handed to me with a smiling face. Bedford police pulled the camera footage but too pixilated and only saw worker hover his head over my cup. Not enough to charge. Management also did nothing.

I ordered a couple of simple things and when I noticed I got 1 of 2 orders of hash browns I said somthing. Well I got that order of hashbrowns a minute later and it wasn't until 10 minutes later when my 3 yr old finished the first order that I noted the second had just been thrown in the bag and a perfectly folded bag tossed in on top. Sorry I made you work bro
