Shockingly bad. Sloppy service by unmotivated staff, most of whom weren‘t even wearing a face mask, and many of those who did have them on were wearing them under their noses. The place was not busy, but the three tables remained uncleaned the whole time we were there, despite a cleaner shuffling around aimlessly. The food was meh - overcooked chicken, and despite the menu saying that it was served with a side of sauce and a choice of pancakes or salad, I got no sauce and they never offered me a choice, instead assuming I wanted pancakes. The table behind complained as the server only put half their order in, and another table complained that they had waited over 20 mins without their order being taken. Our food took about 40 minutes to arrive, and our soda was served in a to-go cup as they ran out of glasses. For heaven‘s sake, the place was barely a quarter full! No way will we be back. My mother-in-law had a similar experience here recently and we should have listened to her…

My daughter and I walked inside where two parties were waiting for a staff. No one even came to the lobby to lets them know staff would be with them shortly. And a glance into the table area only one party were eating! We left (ran to Target) and came back 45 minutes later. No one was waiting to be seated and still waited 22 minutes just to be acknowledged! The food was alright nothing we couldn't get @ Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel or etc. Please if you experienced this let them know this is unacceptable!

We went to this location for dinner. At the time was not busy in the slightest, only a few parties seemed to be there. Unfortunately the atmosphere was ruined by the underlying smell of what seemed to be weed. We ordered strawberry-banana pancakes and a crepe combo. They were out of bananas and we were given the wrong crepes. Furthermore the food was lukewarm at best. Luckily our waitress, Aaliyah was both respectful and professional, especially given the situation. Would recommend addressing these issues to improve atmosphere and customer experience.

Hadn't been to an IHOP since 2001 in florida so I was super excited to go here in NH today however the service wasn't great. Walked in and waited to be seated, my boyfriend needed the restroom. He planned to wait til we were seated to go. We waited 5mins at the entrance, only 5 tables in use, 3 waitresses on duty. He couldn't wait any longer so proceeded to the restroom, got a very strange look from the waitress and she realized we were waiting to be seated. She hollers over to me" just 2 of you?" Comes over grabs menu's and takes me to a booth, it was dirty, so we move to another, dirty, third time was the charm. I sit, my boyfriend joins me, waitress takes our drink order and returns with them and takes our food order. No silverware was provided, my boyfriend stirred his coffee with his finger. Surely she will bring silverware with our food right? Nope. She comes back with our food and my order of french toast was missing the strawberries and bananas, she grabs it and takes it back, upon return she looked confused as to why we hadn't started eating so I asked for silver ware, no apology just a oh sure let me grab some.... luckily the food was good because the service was lacking and all over the place, like the waitress was just there physically not mentally. So here it is my first negative review, not fun to do.

This place was very slow. We got our drinks and continued to wait for over an hour without the waiter saying anything to us about the kitchen being hacked up. Families around us were there for even longer (over an hour and a half) with the same situation. Staff were very lazy and didn’t care about the customers and our waiter kept rolling his eyes at us when he was taking our order. We ended up getting up and leaving. Many people around us were very angry and one guy even said something to the waitress and she just smirked and said she couldn’t do anything. I’ve never wrote a bad review but this place was just awful and you shouldn’t waste your time here.

It was a rough start upon entering. My brother and I waited a very long time at the front. He finally found someone only it was her first day and had no idea where to seat us. She picked a booth, cleaned the table but left the mess that was on the floor. I requested she get a broom and sweep as there were crayons and paper and a very dirty napkin. The new server complied. Another server arrived at our booth but we waited a very long time again for coffee and menus. Finally, things came together and enjoyed our meal .
