Young Boy working the counter and register lacks customer service. Complains about everything. Complain that I spent $44 thru app with along with other things. I pretty much told him why does it matter. Thought a business would appreciate a large order be place ahead of time.

Slowest Dunkins on the planet. Never improve terribly managed. Update they have recently gotten slower. Fifteen minutes with three cars in line during off hours. Think the staff is moving in reverse. Wish zero stars was an option.

I have to give them credit for working on a holiday but have to stop there… My hot coffee had no sugar, My daughter’s iced coffee was completely wrong & I sat inside waiting for 10 minutes before finally being told where their to go orders are put & had to ask where my bagel was to be told that they’re out as the employee walked away from me. The male working the counter was more concerned with people Instagrams than working & couldn’t go 10 seconds without checking his phone… Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable

This Dunkin Donuts needs New Management! This used to be a great Dunkin Donuts and past couple of months it has just been crazy here for you have to wait over 10 to 15 minutes inside or through the drive-thru. They used to have great workers and great service I don't know what happened.

It's Dunkin' so pretty consistent. This location struggles with inventory and they have been at this for some time now. Dunkin' needs to find a way to let customers know that items are not available in real time. Also could use training on how to refund items purchased on the app when they can't be fulfilled.
