This Starbucks is usually fine but Mariella needs an attitude adjustment. Just came in for a coffee because every other Starbucks around here is closed and she’s loudly complaining about the amount of people ordering as well as all of our drinks. I understand being overwhelmed but try to keep a positive attitude and keep your negative comments to yourself. It makes all of us patrons uncomfortable.

I Generally don’t go to Starbucks, but I was thirsty and In need of a drink, I was pleasantly surprised by the barista, Marielle, she was kind, funny, and got my drink to me quickly. We need more workers like her around.

I know it's a satellite location, but disappointing that they are limited on what kinds of coffee they do have available. I only went to this one because the regular Starbucks closed 2 hours earlier than their adjusted time. I wouldn't have bothered going to this one if I wasn't getting something for someone else... of which they didn't carry at this location.

I always go to this Starbucks. Marielle is very quick and efficient and pretty much has my order memorized! Super impressive!

The only thing I like here are the staff, who are all excellent. The food is bland and tasteless and the drinks can be downright disgusting without adding all sorts of stuff to them. Maybe that's me as I don't like bitter things but even if we're comparing it to Dunkin's at the bottom of the hill only order here when the other is closed unless you'd like to see some exceptional service.

My husband ordered a coffee today after we were done shopping. There was only one person in line ahead of us. We waited almost 15 minutes for his drink. The three teenagers behind the counter were having personal conversations and making their own drinks before realizing they had completely forgotten to make ours. No apologies for the wait. No acknowledge of anything. They need to be supervised apparently. Not going there again.

Systems were down, and while trying to fix it a customer was frantically trying to get around the counter/barrier to get their attention instead of, you know, standing at the normal place you order or using words. Once the employees noticed the customer wasn’t looking at the menu (which took approximately 15 seconds)the employees took care of the customers order with grace and speed despite the extremely rude responses to basic questions ensuring the order was correct.
My order was delightful and the drinks came out great.
Special thanks to the target employee that rendered the sales on a register so the Starbucks crew could focus on the building line. This is why I am coming to this location from now on.

Compared to every other Starbucks I've been to (especially the ones located in Targets) this was the best one. The order came out so quick that I couldn't believe it and it was made perfectly. Also there was no line at all (it was around noon but every other Starbucks I've been to still has a giant line at that time).
