Never have had a problem with this Chipotle but maybe today the staff was just off. I ordered 3 tacos, and usually they put them together for you I mean that’s why you go out to eat so you don’t have to build or make your own food? Well today I made my own tacos at Chipotle. They gave me the shells and and everything I wanted in them came as sides. I got charged extra for my sides when they are usually included. So I get my food, make my tacos, and eat. Then bringing my trash away I was amazed at the trash can. Hopefully today’s experience was just because of the staff but wow that place sucked.

I was there today between 1330-1430 and was fortunate enough to have one of the best experiences of my life at a Chipotle. The gentleman on the register went above and beyond customer service to make sure my mobile order was done right. I hope that they know how much I really appreciated their efforts for me, and that it made my day a lot brighter. I will be wishing for them to have many good days ahead, and I again can't thank the gentleman enough for everything. I appreciate it beyond simple words. Great work y'all!!

I’ve been getting delivery from Chipotle for the past five years, and every single order is off. The first order had a strip of plastic in my burrito. I took a picture and reported it to the company and I never heard back. Other orders have had missing things like the meat, salsa, guacamole, etc. Most recently, I ordered a burrito bowl with extra lettuce and received probably three pieces of lettuce on top. Also ordered a kids meal with a meat and the meat was missing. I’ve tried calling them but no one ever answers. Also, the bag the food was delivered in was not taped sealed as it was supposed to be.

I ordered online 2 items. My son’s burrito bowl was fine, but my CARNITAS quesadilla? What’s up, Chipotle in Bedford, NH? This is the second time you omit the meat from my quesadilla. As you can see from my pictures, there is no meat in this tortilla. But it’s there on my receipt. 😡 You have lost me as a customer.

Although I've NEVER BEFORE gone into a Chipotle Fast-food Restaurant, I WILL be returning!! The food and selection were GOOD; but the MOST IMPRESSIVE part of my visit were how UPBEAT and HAPPY-TO-HELP-ME the employees' attitudes were presented!! I ALSO liked their choice of "overhead/cover music" !!!!

I placed a larger catering order 4 days in advance of the event- I received a call the night before at 8:30pm(from a personal cell phone) saying they couldn't complete the order for the next day. The manager went on to explain that they were short staffed(understandable) except they then let me know they received other orders that they would be fulfilling, but mine was just too big(50 ppl)- even though my order was placed before most, or all, of them. They knew about my order 4 days prior, leaving me less than 12 hours to find a caterer is unacceptable. Also a week later and I still haven't been refunded.

I ordered for mobile pickup, they were a little busy when we got there so we didn't mind waiting. We were watching our order get made and I got a steak burrito. I saw the girl scrape the bottom scraps of steak off the bottom of the container then move on to the toppings. Didn't see how much steak came out but when I got home I realised she literally put 3 cubes of steak in the thing. Nice $9 in steak lady.. I bet if she knew we were watching she would've refilled it. This is why you deserve to make minimum wage.. useless.. lazy.. employee's

You would think that a restaurant that only sells burritos (or just the filling slapped in a bowl) would be able to wrap a burrito properly. I have never once received a burrito from here that hadn't burst through the tortilla as well as leaking watery juices from the ingredients. It's also just rude when you get up to the line to order, they pull out 6 online order slips and leave you standing there feeling like you're only a nuisance to them. Don't you have another station for online orders? If not, then why not? There is always an abundance of workers but they seem more interested in eachother than serving their guests. On top of all of this, the food doesn't even taste very good and this location is always filthy. I highly recommend going to the other local burrito place for better food and service.
