All of the food had brown guacamole. I would have not ordered the guac if I knew it would look like this. Would’ve saved $9. I called the store, it’s like this because ‘the humidity has been high the past few days’. So helpful tip for anyone: don’t go to this chipotle when it’s humid, easy! I also tried to get a refund but it turns out you can’t get one from chipotle if you placed your order through door dash. While chipotle would normally offer a refund, DoorDash won’t offer you anything! Congratulations! They’ve gamed the system so they can purposefully serve brown, rancid guac and not be financially penalized. Genius! They also told me on the phone that they could assure me it was made fresh this morning, though after tasting it I’m pretty sure that’s a lie. I couldn’t even swallow it, it was so concerningly bad. And if you take a look at how messy the tacos are, you’ll see all the guac is mixed with everything else! Impossible to separate. It was definitely made yesterday or prior. Feels great paying $50 for what I could have gotten from a porta potty for free.

Pretty much your typical Chipotle restaurant. If you've ever been to Chipotle, you'll know what you're getting. Staff are pretty friendly too.

Three years ago I rated this Chipotle five stars. Unfortunately, it's getting a downgrade based on my most recent visit. The burritos were less than half the size of what I'd expected based on past experience. I ordered in person specifically because I'd worried an online order would turn out light, but I couldn't blame it on that... Honestly the smallest Chipotle burrito I've ever had in my life by far. Despite the small size, they weren't even solidly wrapped up. It was not just that the tortilla itself wasn't folded up (it had pretty much reverted to a limp tube), but even the foil had gaps and failed to completely protect the burrito. At least the ingredients tasted as they should. Disappointed. The place was also dirty but I kind of forgive them that since they don't use baskets anymore so there's nothing to eat off of...

I have never written a review but this time I felt compelled to write one.because my expereince with this place was terrible. I placed an order for two Chipotle Bowl Burritto through UberEats by selecting Chicken and Guacamole. I don't know what happened (I can admit a mistake on my end) but the order that was received and prepared by Chipotle was just Chicken and Guacamole (see picture attached here). I asked the person that I was expecting a full buritto with other ingredients like rice, beans, sour cream, salsa, corn and lettuce. He was very rude and told me this is what he had received and prepared... and there is nothing he can do, I need to place the order again and pay it again. I requested the person if the order I was picking up can be fixed because I paid full price for it but he didn't want to budge from his stance. I requested him to call the manager... he said he is the manager. I asked him his name and he said he will not tell me his name. This is the most rude behavior I have seen from any of the restaurants. While it could be a problem while placing the order through UberEats, I expected that as a courtesy, he had an opportunity to delight me by helping fix the order. It was very rude. I'm never ordering from this particular place.

I have been a loyal and regular customer of Chipotle restaurants for close to 15 years. The last year and change has been at the Great Road location in Bedford MA. Today I had the customer service experience that will end my business at Chipotle for the foreseeable future. Upon entering the establishment it was fairly clean, as it typically is. I got to the counter and placed my order with the kid at the food line who was friendly and attentive. About half way through my food being prepared I hear somebody say “Pull your mask up please” in a voice and tone that you would use with a toddler, I of course assumed the associate was not speaking to me. When she repeated, I realized it was me who’s mask had slid an entire 6 millimeters below the tip of my nose. I looked at her in disbelief as I was standing less than 5 feet from a grill cook and food line worker who both had their masks WELL below their entire nose. At this point I realized the rules only apply to the customer, not the employees. As I slowly raised my mask the unnoticeable amount to fulfill her need for attention, the same associate exclaimed “Do you want the food or not?” As if to imply that she was going to kick me out for not instantly and excitedly bowing to her every rude and overdramatized order. I took my food and left. Along with me left the $35-$40 I spend on a close to weekly basis at this Chipotle location. Never again will I be spoken to like a child by a store associate who doesn’t hold her fellow employees to the same standard that she so aggressively holds the paying customer.

First visit to Chipotle in two years. Had a burrito bowl with White Rice, Sour Cream, Cheese (Light), Romaine Lettuce, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Black Beans. This is their version of LIGHT cheese. The lettuce was ROTTEN. The rest tasted good. The two stars are for having my order ready when I arrived and for the remainder tasting good.

DO NOT order on the app!!! I’ve ordered on the app several times now with the most recent being today. They barely give you anything. I spent $12 on this... could’ve gone and grabbed a full poke bowl or a big meal for this price. I wish I could’ve recorded me opening up my lifestyle bowl just so you could see how little they gave me. I will admit it does look like I intentionally took pieces out but the image doesn’t lie. Not sure if it’s a staffing or supply issue but this Chipotle should really focus on selling what they advertised on the app, especially volume wise. It’s a hit or miss here. I would recommend just going in person if you have to order to at least get somewhat of your money’s worth.

They were two young ladies that were working extremely hard. The line was long. Most of the food bins were low. The remaining staff appeared to be working on other pick up orders. The restaurant was the dirtiest I have ever seen (including truck stops). Every table was filthy with food, napkins, and solutions. The floor was also filthy. After I cleaned a spot and ate ( I was tempted just to leave, but was very hungry and the girl behind the counter was nice), I went to use the bathroom. As I was waiting an employee left the bathroom and there were no sink noises or hand dryer noises(do the math). I probably won’t visit again.
