The WORST Starbucks experience I have had in the entire United States. I ordered an iced latte and it took over 20 minutes to make. I had also ordered a Pumpkin loaf and asked them to warm it up. They forgot it next to the oven and it was just sitting there. Had to wait again. Waste of money, time & energy. Avoid at all cost.

Apparently the people here think “not too sweet,” means fill half my iced tea with syrup. It’s so bad that pouring water in it isn’t helping. My husband ordered a blended drink and it’s super thin. They don’t know how to make drinks.

America's slowest Starbucks. We ordered half an hour ago and they haven't even started preparing our drinks yet. Note that there was no big line and it wasn't busy. There was a family of four in front of us. It took the staff 25 minutes minutes to get their drinks ready. We left in frustration without our drinks. Horrible service.

Waited about 40 minutes just to order and then another 25 to get my drink while on an incredibly long road trip. Absolutely slow service, save yourself the time. Full of regrets. And as a bonus, they ran out of iced coffee.
