Wendy's

Worst experience iv ever had in my entire life with this business. Not only were they out of fries, we ordered 4 for 4's and got no fries paid the same price for everything. On top of that the food was all cold and had to be sitting already made for awhile. After eating literally two bites of my food I threw it away and needless to say for three days after that in counter iv had food poisoning and been sick as can be. Never in my life will I go to this so called establishment again. Last note about this business the service from the employees was rude and unbelievable.

Where should I start? I won't go back that's for sure! As I'm waiting at the drive-thru window, I can hear the two guys talking that we're standing there. As one handed a bag to the other guy standing at the window. The guy at the window said to the other guy " We can't do that." The other one said " I don't care do it!" So the guy at the window opens it all the way and goes to hand me my drink, then a bag and says " can you please pull up were waiting on your nuggets?" Now in this bag is the fries and sandwich. I asked "why give me part of my order to get cold while waiting on the rest?" I was informed very rudely it would only be 2 minutes. So instead of arguing I pulled forward. 5 mins later a guy comes out with my nuggets and told me to have a good night. I informed him that the bacon was missing on my sandwich and tried to show him the recite. But all he wanted to do was argue with me. I didn't dare mention my fries were cold also. He rudely took the sack out of my hands went back inside. I heard the door slam as he went in. He came back out a few mins later with the bag and said have a good night in a rude voice. To be honest, I didn't eat the food. Fries were ice cold and for some unknown reason ( I really don't want to know) a quarter of the sandwich was soggy ( from who knows what) and cold. I will not go back.

Muddy water inside around the counter. 5 to 6 employees (all) hovering around the drive thru window. Jaw jacking!!! A cook was bring a burger to the counter I'm assuming (probably mine?). Slipped and dropped the food. She did throw it away. Inside was some what dirty. Not even going to comment of the looks if on women working, let just say (not good). If I go back, it's going to be drive thru. The burger was ok. Normally really good.

Horrible experience. This is my third and final purchase at the Wendy's in Bedford. First two orders were wrong through the drive-thru. The third time, I ordered one extra small frosty, and when I drove up, the manager indicated that I didn't order it, after noticing that the frosty wasn't received. After frustration, I left, went home and noticed that I was still charged for the frosty...NEVER AGAIN...
