Review Mcdonald's - Bedford

Filthy dirty with lazy staff. One particular girl rudely barking orders at other staff like she owned the place. The staff were even commenting on how they had "all these orders to do" but not 1 of the 4 I could see talking about them made the slightest effort to do any actual work to sort them. When my order was finally sorted in fairly sure I saw the above mentioned rude girl remove what I think was a date/time label from my apple pie rather than get a fresh 1. I thought McDonald's had far better standards than this. -5 stars if I could.

Ita a McDonald's so it's already good. Quite clean and the food has good quality for fast food. But the amount of people there on Saturdays is ridiculous and you'll be waiting the better part of 20 minutes for your meal.

me and my friends were laughing at a group chat and one of the worker come over and though we were laughing at him so he decided to make fun of my friend with eczema and called her a tomato and called her red face. she was deeply upset and hurt with this comment and feel uncomfortable about her skin.

ZERO star rating. Ordered via Just Eat for delivery, with a newborn at home. McNuggets Meal delivered WITHOUT the nuggets!?! Chips were stone cold and half empty. Seems this branch of McDonald's needs quality control training - how can you not check what you are sealing in a delivery bag when there is a huge receipt hanging off it itemising the order!? I have eaten half a portion of cold chips with the free dip (casually included in my delivery without the nuggets it comes with!?) for dinner - great going McDonald's Bedford. To top the whole thing off, Just Eat - when raising an issue with a delivery, they advise to expect a reply within 7 days - again, lack of customer service there and of course as ordered via Just Eat, you cannot discuss the order with the restaurant directly. I would NOT recommend ordering from this McDonald's, as if my order was missing the key food item on a Thursday evening, imagine what may go wrong on a Friday or Saturday!

Missing sauces missing parts of an order. The bag comes sealed from the uber guy on time with parts of the order missing. Mc Donalds has finally lost me as a customer. Its ridiculous that they would rather rush orders and get bad reviews than take care and deliver a good service.

Ordered Filit-o-fish, Chicken Mayo and Cheese bites....Chicken Mayo and cheese bites left on side while fish cooking, not even under the heat lamp Finally got order, chicken stone cold, only for them to microwave it again... Self-order machines have no receipts, if the do have paper they don't have sod all written on them Asking for some napkins (as the sauce and napkins stations were empty) seemed like I'd ask the staff to pay this weeks rent for me!

Pre-warning food poisoning alert!!!! I had food posioning soon after going to this McDonald's. You may ask how can you be sure it was McDonald's? Well, I only had salads and healthy food at home that week, veg etc. I decided to have a cheat day and have milkshake with my meal, and soon after I started having stomach pains and poisoning. And it's happened before, a trend, McDonald's cheat day! I only went in for a MCFLURRY as it was hit weather, but the machine wasn't working, something about machine heated up. Highly likely machine had not been cleaned either and bacteria within meal, it's the second time I've had issues and it's rare, as I rarely go to McDonald's and guess what, it's always after a McDonald's, twice within 3 months! Not worth the hassle! Unless you want to be off work and on the loo for 3 days! 😳🤦‍♀️

Tasted like some one sprayed foam and sold it in-between a bun and called it a burger!! Dead food.. slap your self's

I went thru the drive through and ordered a small iced caramel mocha. I get to the window and the woman hands me an iced mocha with no whipped cream or caramel. She tells me her manager made it, the manager comes and tells me that the iced caramel mocha in a small doesn't get whipped cream or caramel on it, just medium or large or the frappe. He proceeded to argue with me even though I've gotten the same drink there MANY times and it always has whipped cream and caramel. It's essentially a mocha coffee without the caramel on top. He walked away and didn't fix it for me. Thankfully the girl at the window did even though she was new and honestly didn't know what went on it. But the manager of all people should have known and definitely shouldn't have argued with me about it and then not resolve the issue.

Hit and miss, nothing's consistent, depends on what cook is in the back that actually gives a damn what they make and serve to people and isn't jacked on meth. Ordered a sweet bbq bacon sandwich tonight and there was barley anything on it, just a few ingredients sloppily slapped on, barley any bbq on it just on one small section, 1 small part of the burger was still cool, couldnt finish it cause it was so bad so just threw it away, waste of 5 bucks. Ordered a triple cheese burger as well, kinda hard to mess that up, tasted good but was smooshed, if family wasn't visiting I would drive the 6 miles back and ask for my money back.

I ordered a big mac meal .I didnt get the sandwich so i went up to the counter to let them know one of your male workers looks at me 2 times and still walks past me at one time he was just across the counter completely ignored me cause he didnt want to wait on me. Was i not good enough or dressed just right. He was very rude

Slow and incompetent service. It never fails, they always park me and when they bring your order it's never complete. Told the owner what I thought. Not that it would do any good. You would think since they had to park me that my order would be at the very least hot and fresh. And these are folks fighting for $ 15 an hour.
