Went in there this morning and got a biscuit and sausage gravy and the gravy was just like water, it was awful. When I complained about it they said that's the way we make it. I've never been to any other parties that had runny gravy like that.

Tried to get lunch. The problem started at the drive thru. Sat for a while listening to conversation inside the restaurant. Placed my order and never heard anything else. Then I hear a voice say "hello". Then I was asked if I was going to pull up or not?
Handed my card in and was told they ran it 3 times and declined. Then they asked " what are you going to do?"
I left, only to use that same card at my next stop. No more lunchtime stops there!

Man we love some Hardee’s biscuits, but what’s with this new bacon beast biscuit? Pictures show a big biscuit with a ton of stuff on it, but what you really get is a tiny standard bacon egg and cheese. And it’s been twice now! What a joke. This is either a marketing scheme or the employees here refuse to make menu items properly.

Order here almost everyday and they mess up order every single time how hard is it to make 2 sausage and egg biscuits always missing either sausage or egg and countless time they didn't give me the unsweetened tea but yet I paid for it

Haven't been to Hardee's in years and it still has that same home feel with great prices and superb biscuits. The staff at this location was most courteous and helpful. I'll be returning regularly.

Though the line was extremely long and constantly growing, I received friendly, helpful service from start to finish. My food was as good as it gets: freshly made, hot, and delicious.

They used to be good. Not sure what happened, but I do know, from the time there were a couple of older women working in there, things were good. One of my favorite places to stop, when on the road. Now, most of the time it's a couple of dumpy, slouchy, depressing, snotty, grumpy girls and I wouldn't give the food to a starving animal.
Cold food? You've always been the place where you had to wait a couple of minutes, and got your food hot. Now it takes longer and I get cold food? When did the napkin shortage start? It still blows my mind to hear people screaming about $15 an hour, and still, for the life of them, cannot perform menial tasks.
This has been the third time in a row, over the space of a couple of months that I have stopped in and ended up having to just throw whatever I got away. I'm done.

Some things are ok, some things are not. Should be a bojangles because breakfast, for the most part is their strong point.
Unless you get the mile high bacon biscuit, it was no different from the regular BEC biscuit.

I ordered 2 cheese burgers from there the other day I have been around fast food all my life as my dad run a fast food place for along time.
I must say they was plum nasty and almost like leather from where they had not been kept as should had been you could very well tell the main burger part must had been fixed the day before and let set.
I will as well be making afew calls cause nothing there is being kept up like it should be run it right or close it.

It's ok if you like half peeled tators,your food given to the wrong person, orders not taken right. Just a bunch of things could be better, burgers put together all sloppy, I mean if I wanted Sloppy Joe's, id stay home Hardee's!!!!

We stopped and got a chicken biscuit this morning and it only had a half a piece of chicken on it that barley covered the bun? Why? It usually has a whole piece of chicken on it. Whats up hardees?
