Review Blimpie - Bedford

Will Lehman
Drove 30 minutes to get this place because I hadn't seen one since I was much younger and it was the 1st sub shop i was introduced to as a kid . Bread was stale , vegetables cut clumsily and entire experience was not worth the drive or money . It's a shame because it's a very poor excuse for the Blimpi brand as a whole . People who are experiencing it for the 1st time will think this is actually how it should be unfortunately .

Every time I go here the old dude running the register is very rude and I feel like he hates his job there. Otherwise the building is nice and it is clean just a rude old man store clerk is the main problem for me

they have friendly staff and they keep the store clean and organized but the fresh food doesn't taste fresh nor does it look like it.

We've been going to Blimpie's for over a decade. Today my husband encountered an extremely rude older female employee who refused to make my sub and put it on the grill. I've done my sub on the grill AND during Covid without incident. Last time she put it on the grill but was mouthy. This time she refused altogether citing Covid. I've literally had over a dozen subs made during Covid and put on the grill. This employee lacks customer service, has an extremely negative attitude and reeked of cigarette smoke. Please give her a review of what customer service looks like because many people would be happy to take her job during this difficult time.

one lady working and it took forever to get our sandwich. so many flies in the entire store, which is out of their control but still nasty.

It was okay. I haven't been to a Blimpie sub in probably 10 years. It seemed the quality of the product is lacking these days, but to be fair, many fast food eateries seem to be getting that way. Staff was friendly though.

Blimpie inside of Apple Market is my favorite place to get a sub in Bedford. I've been getting subs there since it was built when I was a kid. Their roast beef sub is the best in my opinion though all of their sandwiches are delicious. Their sandwich toppings are always fresh and crisp and you can tell by the flavor as well that everything is 100% always fresh never left over from the day before. The staff are also very friendly and helpful and never rude to be around. Best sub place ever!
