Been to this Hardee’s a couple of times. Can’t help but feel like they are over priced. This morning I got the biscuits and gravy. Paid $6.61 for the combo, opened the gravy up and there was maybe 1/3 cup of gravy. I won’t be going back.

Drive through intercom wasn't working. Wouldn't have been so bad had they put a sign up showing it was out of order and to pull around. After sitting for so long and not even knowing if they were open, we pulled around to park and go inside to check. Got home with our food, and sandwiches were missing the cheese.

They are always out of stuff, super slow but they pull you around and make you sit and wait, horrible customer service and the employees always look and act like they're on something. I was just there the other day and they were out of milk and couldn't make shakes, then they were out of ice because the machine in drive thru was messed up (they could have gotten ice from the lobby machine), they pulled me around to wait on my food and the fries were cold. If they aren't out of something, they usually forget to put it in the bag. Several times this has happened where items were missing. Also, on three separate occasions I was double charged for items and caught it and had to have it refunded. Not sure if it was accidental or intentional so that they could keep the extra money at the end of the night (I've seen this when I worked fast food), but for it to happen that many times on the same shift, it doesn't seem like an accident. There are some pretty shady employees at the location I live by so it would not surprise me. I love the food but it is hard to find a good location.

I completely understand being short staffed but to intentionally give out an order you knew was wrong, is beyond me.. pure laziness.. I asked for no sauce on my burger, you could clearly see the bun was soaked from the mayo & ketchup that was on it, they tried to wipe it off, the mayo was all over the wrapper of the burger. On top of it all, the food was cold & the burgers were burnt.. get it together Hardee's, we love the food but for what it cost, it should be right & fresh..

How is this place even in business? They're very slow and my breakfast sandwich was cold and the egg rubbery; not worth the almost $4.00; also they only have hot coffee whereas every other eatery like it offers cold specialty coffees. The last time I was at this place was in 2019 getting some supper and there were only 2 employees working, there were no customers inside and I was "Literally" the only customer in the drive-thru and it took 30 minutes for a hot ham and cheese. Pathetic!

They are either having a gravy shortage or too lazy to scoop some sad to pay for breakfast platter that looks like this and no I didn't eat any before picture that's the way it came

Hardee's in Bedford has really lowered their standards on their food that they serve I used to love going in there and getting a mushroom Swiss burger !? But the last time I went in I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger but I wouldn't even call it a mushroom Swiss burger !! My sandwich only had two pieces of mushrooms on it and it barely had any gravy and a half a slice of Swiss cheese !!

Drove through the drive-thru and ordered a Western Burger with ketchup only Combo meal, a Frisco Thickburger combo meal, and a hand breaded chicken sandwich.
Once ordering, even though there was no one eating inside, and just a few people in the Drive-Thru, they asked me to pull over into a waiting line, which consisted of about three vehicles before me.
I waited about 10 minutes in this line, they came out and brought a bag with my meals in it. The gal apologized for the wait. I drove away and it was about a mile from the restaurant, and decided to look in the bag to make sure I got what I had ordered.
The first sandwich was the hand breaded chicken sandwich, with a large bun, tiny little pieces of chicken + a few pickles.
Definitely not worth $2.99, they charge for it. Also, was looking for the western burger with no ketchup, and did not find it in the bag. Instead, found two Frisco Thick Burger sandwiches instead. I drove back to the restaurant, went inside, and told them the mix-up about the missing sandwich. They found it still on the to go rack. They apologized and said to keep the extra Frisco Thick Burger. I didn't even tell them about the chincy Chicken sandwich.
The slowness & the mix-up probably was due to being understaffed, which so many restaurants are dealing with right now.
