Usually pretty happy with everything we get from Papa Johns. Tonight, we decided to try the New York style pizza and the spicy pepperoni rolls. My husband loved the rolls, but we both felt that the pizza was not much different than a regular pizza. It didn’t look anything like it did in the pictures
Haven't had this pizza in years and it didn't disappoint. Ordered online, set for pick up an hour later. I arrived and it was warm and ready A+
Other people are right....not the place is used to be. Items missing from my order almost every time any more. When picking up, I literally have to open every box before leaving to see what's been left out. They get things right maybe 1 time out of 5 at best. Not sure if they have a different owner
I Order from papa John got frequently and usually rarely have any issues.. But tonight I did a online order like usual and choose to pay with cash because that’s all I had at the time , and well my bill was almost $50 bucks and all I had was $ 100 on me. 2 out of 2 times I have placed my order online ahead of time for a specified delivery time. The first time was 6 hrs in advance and my order was 2 hrs late. The manager did offer to give me a discount on my NEXT order but I said I'd rather have my discount now. A 40% discount for an order they knew
Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It looked like a cheese pizza. No garlic sauce, absolutely terrible.

Pizza is great. Service was slow. But in fairness they were overwhelmed with orders. The team was working really hard. I could not do it. We love Papa John's pizza!!
