Sonic

The food was good. No problems there. Did have a problem that when we pulled up all the workers were sitting outside playing a joking around and switching between each staff member while we were ordering. I would say to the owner or manager of this Sonic make sure your staff is professional at all times. Especially when taking orders from your customers.

So I went to the drive-thru at Sonic I ordered one plain hot dog I ordered one hot dog with mustard chili ketchup boy was that a trying experience they couldn't understand why I wanted a plain hot dog I have my puppy in the car the chili upset his stomach so I wanted a plain hot dog well they couldn't seem to understand that I wanted chili on the other one make a long story short finally made it up to the pay window and they had to come out and ask me one more time did you say chilly on one hot dog yes. I finally got it there was barely enough chili on the hot dog to tell it was chilly on there and it was all in the bottom of the little tray the dog was happy I was not be careful when you go to Sonic check your food before you leave I had been sitting there long enough that I just wanted my dogs and to go. I guess sometimes simple is not the best way to go.

Can not get my drink order correct ever. Literally a soda with cherry juice and cherries. Manager has been helpful but it happens multiple times per week. When I do get food, its also rarely correct or somethings missing, especially when I DoordDash. Sonic has the best ice and my favorite drink but I can never get it the way I like it. Its actually really ridiculous. Im not exaggerating at all. Almost everytime I go the workers are feeding theirself or making theirself milkshakes while they cant get the correct order out the window. Let me stress, the manager is always kind and fixes things but I got tired of asking for her.

What an absolute joke I understand when you hire children to run a place there is a certain lack of I don’t what do you call oh yeah maturity. But they have got McDonald’s beat with the ice cream excuses ….could not order a shake due to “lack of staff”. That’s a new one can’t wait for the certified ice cream employee to return to make a shake I know that’s is a hire level skill to learn.

Ordered thru the app, pulled into stall right up front. Pressed red button, guy came out, told him my order and he said ok. My grandaughter and i waited a half hour. Pressed button again and i ask where food was and he said couldnt find my order(coudve told me nstead of making me wait) So i went to the drive thru and ordered same thing. They were going to charge me another $12 until i showed him my checking app, where money had been charged. I will not use the app nor this Sonic again in Bedford !
