Review Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bedford

This is one of the best locations. I’ve only experienced bad service and walked out once. The employees here are nice, I usually dine in, also the food is always delicious

If I could give my experience her zero stars I would! I just had the worst experience at this location. I placed a mobile order via the app at 7:38pm the app stats my order would be ready at 7:50pm. I to the location at 8pm and my order was not ready on the shelf as stated on the app. Although there was another order waiting I waited a min and a worker came to me and asked for my name. I gave him my name and he went to one of the young ladies making the food. He came right back to me and told me that their are preparing my food now. There were couples on line also. I watched as their food was prepared and they were served and managed to get their food pay and sit outside and eat. So I waited some more. I seen another young lady preparing a mobile order. At around 8:07 I asked for a manager . This confrontational absolutely rude man came out to great me with a passive aggressive tone. I said I ordered on the app and it said my order would be ready at 7:50 it’s now 8:08 and I’m still waiting for my order. He says oh we short staffed and it’s taking time. So I said I understand your short staffed but people were serviced and there is no one in here. I asked for a refund . He replied in the nastiest way saying oh we dont give refunds in the store you have to call this number. So I asked for a general manager or their card he said he couldn’t give it to me. I asked for his name he said he couldn’t give me that either. He was very combative. So I picked up a card sitting at the counter and the restaurantuer is Sofia Correa. I always order from this location and I have never had an issue until today. Im on hold with their customer service simply because I didn’t get any proper customer service in the store. I sure hope they have cameras because I feel discriminated against. As I sit in the parking lot writing this review. I see people coming in an out getting their food. I would like to mention I am a black woman. And everyone who was serviced didn’t look like me.

Customer service is not the best. Just left 2 mins ago. I wasn't happy at how I was rushed but at the same time. The server fixes my food by putting as little as possible. I reply omg. Really. Can I have alittle more. Please treat everyone the same. No matter the race creed or color. Smh.

A very busy restaurant! But the food is really good and worth every dollar you pay. The service is cordial and prompt.

Most of time it’s taste good.very good portions.but today taste like leftovers from yesterday.the vegetables not fresh,the beef is really hard and the rice is sticky like a ball…I hope it can keep good quality always.please don’t use not fresh food for customers.

I like Chipotle, but I tried to get my birthday reward and the app clearly states Bday Chips and Side. NOWHERE does it say that I have to spend $5 to redeem the reward!

Feb. 2020 Updated review. We ordered 2 bowls (1 carnitas and 1 barbacoa) and 2 cheese quesadillas with kids meals We really enjoyed our meal. Staff was great... Courteous and worked quickly. Feb. 2019 We ordered a bowl with carnitas, burrito with barbacoa, and 2 kids meals. The food was good and fresh with several meat and ingredient options. The staff worked quickly and efficiently to prepare the orders.

I don’t live in this area so I don’t normally eat at this Chipotle but y’all served me the best burrito bowl I’ve had from Chipotle in a LONG time! You guys did not get stingy on the extra sour cream and extra cheese, like a lot of other locations are. Thank you for the awesome lunch today!
