Review Papa Johns Pizza - Bedford

I LOVE PIZZA and am VERY picky - usually make my own or go to Cane Rosso, but ONLY order from here anymore (for pizza takeout)! THIS location ALWAYS makes my pizza PERFECT…and super FAST (I always pick it up)!! I HIGHLY recommend ordering the LARGE-SEASONED CRUST-ALFREDO SAUCE-3 CHEESE BLEND-SPINACH!!! This is the ONLY pizza my kid will request and eat more than one slice of - and only from here! Her aunt doesn’t even like pizza, but came over one night and tried mine - she’s now hooked, lol!! I really don’t like sharing, but I felt the need to give this company, especially this location, a 5-star review because they ALWAYS kill it!!

Arrive 30 minutes late was cold of course or luke warm one pizza is burned and has more crust than pizza. Very dissatisfied and what sad is this isn't the first time. I tried to call them to see why it was so late and waited on hold about and gave up I'm definitely going to rethink my choice of Papa John's in the future

I waited an hour for a relatively straightforward pizza. Finally I checked the status, and it shows it was delivered. So, I call the branch and they tell me that maybe I didn't hear them knock. I'm ten feet from the door. They just took the pizza and threw it on the porch and ran like hell is what happened. This is Papa John's, not Amazon!! They will replace the order, but it looks like I'll be eating around 10pm tonight.

a woman obviously high on crack showed up to my house and when my 10 year old 20lb beagle barked one single bark to alert me someone was here and i walked outside to tip her in cash (and closed my door behind me) she cussed me out for putting her in danger by ordering delivery while owning a dog because apparently she has had some kind of traumatic experience with dogs in her past. Berated me for 5+ minutes about it before I just told her to have a goodnight and closed the door in her face. I am genuinely concerned about such a mentally unstable person knowing where I live now. I understand we are in a labor shortage but I would rather be told delivery wasn’t an option than let crack addicts have my address and get cussed out for owning a dog that she didn’t even come into contact with. absolutely insane experience. i will never order delivery from here again.

Update: Almost 2 hours later but I did receive my pizza and it was good! Thanks for correcting the issue! I will consider using your services again! Horrible service! Online order for messed up and I immediately called to get the order corrected. Spoke to the manager on duty “Dee”. She stated that they were busy abs only had three drivers with 10 orders. She asked if I wanted my order corrected and I said yes. She said it would be about 35 to 45 minutes and that she would call me when the order was ready for delivery. Well, fast forward an hour, no call & no pizza. I called back and spoke to Dee again. I reminded her about my order and she stated again they we busy and they (this time) only had two drivers and 10 orders. She did not say my order was in progress or anything. I asked who was the General Manager & she stated he was not be there. I said I would call tomorrow. She said he would not be there until next week! I assured her it did not matter, I would be following up on this matter! You want me to pay for a wrong order, delivery fee, and tip? Babyeeeeeee, you got the wrong one! Please note this is the first time I have ordered from them since the racial issue. I wanted to support Shaq but this is ridiculous service! There are other pizza businesses that care about their customers and provide quality service! I should of known something was wrong when I could only pay cash when ordering online! They got my money this time but they will not ever again and I will tell all my friends, family, and anyone that will listen not to order from Papa John’s! I am not happy at all! 😡

I had to ask the team member to wash her hands. Right after taking my cash she went straight to the pizza dough and picked it up to prepare a order. After seeing that I asked if she could wash her hands? She was nice about it, but, I just felt that’s something that I shouldn't have to ask.

Cody and Chris did a fantastic job on our order of 14 pizzas. They called about 30 min before the pizzas were ready to make sure we had everything we needed. A++

So somehow our order got messed up on the app. Called the store they immediately made us a new pizza and made everything perfect.
