Review Pizza Hut - Bedford

All my wings ordered was not edible. They were extremely burnt with barley any sauce....pizza was falling apart and very doughy.....very unhappy! Will never order from here again. The pizza tastes awful.....

Manager on duty was nice enough to replace my pizza, after the style was made wrong. Unfortunately, the original pizza looks a thousand times better than my replacement. There’s hardly any cheese and there’s 5pieces of bacon. Maybe it’s a sign that I need to stop eating out and make my own pizzas at home 😩

Pathetic . This is what I open the container to see . First look how SMALL these are. One of them looks like they are someone’s left overs and the others look like the sauce was out in the container and not on the wings . Bad business Pizza Hut .

I ordered a pizza from this place and received a bland, barely any topping pizza, the dough was stiff as well. I contacted the manager here about my dissatisfaction and was told that I was lying and that they would block my number and no longer serve me. These 2 old lady’s at this store, who are probably twice divorced and were kicked out their husband’s homes have single-handedly dropped the quality of this establishment off their divorce papers and into their burning divorce settlement. If you don’t believe me, go to this place and you will see the 2 nutcases running this place, especially the manager.

Hit and miss on my special pizza..I always order the same light marinara and light cheese one day it is perfect then next order I get extra marinara not consistent do not know if they are trying to be funny. Skipping Pizza Hut next time

You can bring our $25 back for the pizza we ordered that was cooked on the WRONG crust and NOT well done like we asked for. Ordered on pan style.....got it on flat crust and it is not well done but soggy and not very good. Don't recommend this pizza hut.

I have ordered several pizzas from this location. Instead of getting marinara, I like buffalo on one and barbecue on the other. Other than once in all of my orders has my pizza come with the sauce on the pizza. The marinara comes on the pizza, so if you sub the sauce should it not be on the pizza? Regardless the past times I have at least received the 2 different sauces on the side including the 1 time it was on the pizza. It is what it is, at least I have it. Well this order came with 2 of the same sauce on the side. So I finally had enough so I politely called. All I asked was how can I resolve this, if there is too many toppings, should I call after using the app, did I need to specify. Because the manager decided to argue with me; "That there was sauce on there. Inform me that they put extra sauce on the side. That in the future I needed to order on the app then call in the order." So I figured I would share the proof. "Picture reference" bbq on the right chicken on the left. First bite is bbq second bite is buffalo

Pretty good Pizza Hut, fairly fast and friendly service. Wings taste good but can cause heartburn.
