My daughter had the meatball sub, and I had the ultimate spicy Italian. The lady serving us was very attentive and pleasant, and guided us in choosing ingredients that made very delicious sandwiches! This location is nestled in between medical offices, but is larger inside, with several tables, if you wish to eat inside. Very clean. Very nice location.

I ordered a spicy Italian with flag bread and baked lays chips I asked for American cheese and for it to be toasted It was not toasted or cheese and I got regular lays This was the worst sandwich I have ever consumed in my life The bread was like a soggy uncooked tortilla and somehow also had the texture of an overcooked hotdog with it being rubbery. Last time I go to this place for a sandwich. On the other hand I know how terribly the workers get paid so it's not like they are inclined to care.

If you can drive elsewhere for a subway sandwich I would highly encourage you! Just stick to Jimmy Johns. Subway is a decent place to grab a quick sandwich but this franchise has put a sour taste when it comes to the subway name. We order tonight $29 plus some change of food (some kids meals and regular subs). First off $29 plus some change for that is crazy in the first place but that’s another discussion for another time. The store on Tibbet state’s its hours of operation to close at 10p so when we ordered online for pickup at 8:30 we figured it was plenty of time before closing to get in a good bite. And we got it as a pickup so there was no need to clean any tables (the audacity we had to think of those working before closing!). First, when we went to pick up the food and brought it back unfortunately the guy informed us that the cookies were no longer good so he gave us bags of chips instead. I can appreciate this, I mean if you eat a stale cookie it’s just never the same! Then when we were home I noticed we didn’t get the fountain drinks, one kids and one regular meal size. Then I opens my 6” meatball sub and the meatballs were shriveled and dry and lack of any sauce. The pickles on the kids sandwiches were sour and they came with wheat bread instead of white. Normally we can just look past this but when it just kept becoming one thing after the other I wanted to go back and get it fixed. I showed up to the subway, meatball sandwich in hand, but the doors were locked. When I knocked, the guy behind the counter lifted his hands looking at me like he was confused I was there. Mind you their store hours stated online that they close at 10 and I was there at 9:10. When he came to the door he wouldn’t open it, tried talking to me while it was closed. We all know this is hopeless but what the heck, I tried to explain to him what was wrong and you guessed it - he couldn’t hear me. So he opened the door and I repeated the issue at hand. Explained to him that we didn’t get our drinks and also my meatball sandwich was lacking sauce, among other things :/. He then handed me a bottle of coke and a bottle of sprite. (Thank you, we didn’t get our sprites. Yes that’s sarcasm there). Then when I explained my sandwich to him he told me “that’s the last of the meatballs we had. That’s what happens when you order right before we close”. Oh yes folks, this ticked me off. So instead of making a scene I asked for a refund, which he then just repeated why the meatball sandwich sucked. Since I wasn’t getting my refund (mind you I also brought the sandwich with me, which only showed one bite was taken because it was just horrible) I asked who the store manager was and was informed he would be there tomorrow. See ya tomorrow Craig! Side note here: I’ve been in customer service since I was 18. It doesn’t matter if the customer comes in 1 min before closing, you service them with a smile. You aren’t representing yourself, you are representing the company that signs your paychecks. And if it’s such a hard thing to be in customer service then find yourself another job. Work in a warehouse or work for the city (people aren’t expected to be friendly there anyways).

Meh, it's Subway. It's not the best sandwich place, but it works in a pinch. It seems all of their meat has a generic "meat" flavor. They rely too heavily on vegetables and don't put enough focus on the star of any sandwich: the meat and cheese. This particular Subway is decent enough as far as service goes. Sometimes you just gotta have a toasted sandwich though!

Worst experience at a subway. They had 1 employee working and was the slowest moving person I've seen at any restaurant. It took 10 minutes for her to make 2 sandwiches for the customer in front of us. By the time she was ready to take our order we had to leave because of the wait. It should never take more than 5 minutes to get a sandwich. This is unacceptable subway management

The customer service was Great. We were very, very THANKFUL, he washed his hands after touching money and between every one he served. we had a footlong Tuna, 6" Chicken & 6" Turkey all were meals with 2 cookies. (The cookies were a bit too greasy.

I'm the guy that orders everything on his sandwich. Mine always consist of a meat on a toasted bun, no cheese, all veggies, chips and a drink that I fill up 2-3 times. The thing that most subway stops always lose my respect on is if they destroy the sandwich in the closing process, which is pretty likely to happen for my sandwiches. When I walked in, I saw a middle aged lady by herself. He son was in the dining area which I found humbling as it was a school day after school. I like knowing that the people who work at places like this are still human. She was very kind although I changed my order halfway. No waste, just a change of plans. I'm used to getting 6 slices of veggies on a footlong, but she gave me 5 slices. Of course I'm not going to drop the rating because of this, but I do expect six slices. This was probably a good judgment call though due to the size of my sandwich. I have seen it done where I get all 6 of the slices and still get a neat close, but I don't expect everybody to be 100% perfect. The sandwich was filling, veggies fresh, employee kind... what more can you ask for? They didn't even give me dirty looks for refilling my drink a few times.

Although it's constantly understaffed (one poor staffer to run the entire place, even during lunch rush), staff always goes above and beyond. I chose this one over Central just for this fact. Now only if they'd order gluten free bread I could eat more of their food!
