01:04am 5/22/2022 received raw hamburger. hope I don't get sick. How many stars should I give for food poisoning? Thanks. My order was double quarter pounder combo, large coke, 10 piece chicken nugget, and apple pie. Almost $17 is what food poisoning cost.

McDonald's has stepped up their game lately! Last few times I ordered the nuggets were freshly made and so were the fries plus they haven't been overly salted lately. Has McDonald's seen the light on how much everyone hates over salted fries or is it just a fluke? Keep it up because they have been perfect lately!!

Customer service not up to par. No greeting, order was wrong, then they acted like i was putting them out when i asked them to give me the correct items. Filet o fish was soggy. Burgers passed. It sure is different(not in a good way) from when i was a manager in the 80s.

I went ordered my usual.. sausage McMuffin substitute ham as always guy says so you want a egg McMuffin..big price difference I said no we can't do that not able I said yes you can you guys do it all the time...he said well things change..if you're not going to buy this leave...I said you're rude I want a manager I am the manager...he was so rude..wow

It is hard to give McDonalds a 4 star rating. The food is okay. However, the staff are amazing. Very friendly and expedient. The restaurant is very clean, and service is excellent. The drive thru runs fast and smooth, like a well oiled machine. We are regulars here.

Came in to grab a Big Mac and Happy Meal to go. Nice clean place with friendly staff. It's a pretty standard McD's with the same menu items. They have the digital kiosk for self-ordering as is seen in many other McD's.

I would give one star if I could. I was the only person in the drive-thru my order took too long to come out. I was embarrassed giving this food to my dad and niece. The food was cold and fries were soggy. I wanted large fries and drink and was given medium. I guess the staff and "manager," and I say manager loosely, need to be re-trained on their customers service skills. Instead of making it right, the drive thru employee got the manager out and they both called me a liar. I really didn't appreciate that response out of them. I wasn't expecting anything other than a large fry and drink. I even told them I'd pay the difference but they didn't offer. Please retrain your staff or you'll lose everyone's business. You've lost mine and I've told people to avoid this particular location.
