Extremely friendly fish and chip shop like you'd hope. Ordered a haddock and chips, got salt and vinegar exactly like you'd hope to be asked. They don't do battered mars bars but despite my heavy stutter are more than happy to accomodate their customers. First time ordering from here and extremely happy. Don't let the name fool you, this is a real fish and chip shop. Fish and chips done to perfection. The young lad and older man were very friendly and it's exactly what you'd expect. Will absolutely come back here again after my first order and will likely leave a tip. These sorts of shops are exactly what we have to keep in business. Honestly one of the best fish and chip shops I've ever been to, if you visit here you will not be disappointed.

The best fish and chips for miles in my opinion! I've ordered in bulk for occasions and events for work and my family order for big events too. Every time its delicious, tasty, fresh, hot and the quality is amazing😍 . Compliments pile in from all that eat it and everyone asks me where it is from. The service is brilliant. Andy and his team are all fantastic. Hands down the best and number one fish and chip shop.

For me this shop still does the best fish and chips in the world. Grow up, eating from here and the shop has been consistent. Still taste the same as when I had it 30 odd years ago. Owner are always friendly and the shop remain busy and represent abit of Bedford history. My go to for fish and chips in bedford.
