Very nice food in lovely ambiance. However, vegetables were undercooked and sent back, but came back just right. High quality experience and friendly staff.

First class hospitality - beautiful old cottage style restaurant with excellent food, wine and service.
We have had several meals there and always stayed overnight as well - breakfasts are as good as the dinners !!!

The room was clean and tidy does not do justice ... ! They are just fab .. this is a hotel with very good staff ... service is excellent... food is fab ... dont expect a large beer or wine selection but its a place for a nice dinner and the dying art of conversation !

Lovely and quaint, set in classic English Countryside. Open log fire in the winter, great service and the food is delish (seared Scallops were outstanding). Have stayed many times to date and will continue to do so.
