*Update 5/2023: They have lowfat vanilla softserve! Delicious, NO negative aftertaste! Yum. Previous review: From the freezer I had a vanilla soft serve with caramel sauce sundae which was fresh and tasty. My daughter had a scoop of coffee and black raspberry which she said was delicious. In the past we've enjoyed the red (cherry) or chocolate dipped bonnets (soft vanilla in a cone). Staff is always nice even when busy. Highly recommend.

Great people and awesome ice cream !! Soft ice cream will put you in heaven. Hard ice cream flavors are to die for. Employees make ice cream concoctions of the hard ice cream and sell it by the pint / quart ! Try it now , you will not be disappointed !!! Have been here in Mount Kisco for three years and have had three boys here. Love taking my little men for ice cream ( with Dad ! ).

Bedford Hills Carvel is the best place to have ice creams and cakes. I give 100 marks for the cleanliness at this place. Variety of icecreams and ice cream cakes beautifully arranged in clean glass refrigerators, very helpful and smiling staff..... specially the owner Mr. Avis is having a great personality welcoming customers with lovely smile. Be it a chilly cold day with snow or a sunny breezing day..... Bedford Hills Carvel is always happy to serve its customers..... 24/7.

Wonderfully kind and friendly service. A fantastic product in a nice, clean environment. Very comfortable place to take the kids for ice cream. Always accommodating in regards to ordering cakes, ice cream for holidays and special occasions.

Carvel of Mt.Kisco is by FAR the BEST Carvel ever. We've been going there for the past 2 or 3 yrs now. They have sooooo much to choose from. The establishment is always clean and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Even the owner is there at times and he is a pleasure to talk with. We come travel about 20 mins up the Saw Mill to go here. That should explain how good it is. ALL carvels should be like this one. 2 👍👍 up.
