Wendy's

I haven't been to this Wendy's in quite a while food and service have always been off, but I wanted a taste of the new strawberry frosty. After a long wait for a cashier, I had thoughts of another Wendy's fiasco. But the cashier was very efficient once he arrived and my order was perfect. And once he arrived I could see the reason for his late arrival, he was doing the work of two people. Get him some help!! I will be back. Oh, don't park next to the building. You can't back out until the drive-through line goes down.

I will never be eating at this location again; and I highly encourage others to do the same. The evening shift management is beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. If you are a driver for doordash, you generally have to wait long periods of time until the staff FINALLY get around to bagging your order; and even then you still have to check and make sure they didn't forget anything. Also, at this particular location, if you order french fries after like 9:30 to 10:00 p.m., your fries won't be salted ever. The employees apparently empty the french fry salt shaker and take it to be washed, even though the restaurant won't be closing for another hour or so. I have had multiple orders from this location that were missing items; and therefore, I have had it. I used to eat at Wendy's a lot more than I do now; and after this latest experience, I don't see myself making a beeline for the place (there are 2 other locations in Beckley, as well as 1 in Beaver). The other locations are okay for the most part; but the Robert C. Byrd location on Valley Dr. has been so bad, I just don't want to do business with this establishment.

I visit Wendy's frequently because it's close to my job and convenient for my breaks. The evening shift not the best I ordered a bake potato with salt pepper & butter get back to work just had a dry potato. Ordered fresh nuggets they were super dry & old. Fries for the most part are never fresh. Maybe it's because I come in close to closing that I hardly ever get fresh food. I've waisted so much money on things I couldn't eat. Oh & they never give napkins. Come on I eat in my car!!!!

I have been to this location on four seperate visits, and on all four visits they have messed my food order up. On my last visit I ordered a baconater combo, and when I got to work I took my food out of the bag and found that the fries was cold, and there was no bacon on the sandwich. I called the restaurant and the lady who said she was the manager was rude, and told me to talk clearly next time, and she then hung up on me. So my conclusion on this place is a no go. I will never go back to this location again. I gave the two stars to the poor employees that has to work under such horrible management. This place needs a total management overhaul.
