7-eleven

I live close by and am always up there. The staff is super nice and always helpful. They always interact with my son. There was one time that their was a pricing mistake but the cashier fixed it as soon as I brought it to their attention and they even saved my ebt card once. Also, the new Nerds Slurpee they have is amazing.

I stopped shopping here again because too many of the employees refuse to wear face masks. Even with a sign on the front door telling people to wear face masks. I don't go to stores to get covid. It's why I stopped when the pandemic started. Now it's even worse and the employees don't care if they make people sick.

Use this store frequently. 4-5 times a week. Paid cash for some items and was told I couldn't have my change because of a coin shortage. Literally had money stolen from me. Then have a rude employee make it worse. Not 1 single other business I go to could not give me change. This store is ripping off their customers. They can now keep the 47¢. They will never recieve another cent from me.

So I go to 7-Eleven a lot. I used ot go to the one off of Hall because I lived up by Greenway. Now I go here, and I used to come by sometimes because this location is by my parent's place. I honestly think this is the worst 7-Eleven I have been in. It always smells musty and quite gross when I come in and the fried goods are always old and gross. Not only that, but I have had some of the WORST customer service here. There is one gal in particular who works here who happens to have the WORST attitude. One day I had walked in to buy a pack of smokes and she handed me incorrect change. I tried to tell her I paid with a twenty but she insisted I paid with a ten. I then told her that makes no sense then as to why she handed me back the amount she did and she copped a lot of attitude. I myself work in customer service and am very aware of how one should handle themselves in public, none-the-less with a customer and she conducted herself in a very inappropriate manner. I will pull up and turn right back around if I see her at the counter. I don't think I will come back to this 7-Eleven until it is owned by someone else.
