The employees at this specific store are lazy terrible employees. Multiple times they will cancel your online order. (That will void any promo codes used) go to the next store. These employees are the worst.

Cashier is really rude. Requests exact change or card only threw a paper bag at me when I asked if I could please have a bag for my purchase. His whole demeanor was as if it's my fault he hates his job. Worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to. 👎

Shortly after 0415 on September 15th 2021. I accidentally tried to use my debit card that had no money on it. The debit card machine said that I was approved and it said 45cents. So I thought the 45cents was what I had remaining after the purchase. I didn't know that was the machine telling me that the 45cents was all I had on the card. While all this is going on, the clerk is yelling at me, cursing at me and belittling me. After I realized that I used the wrong debit card, I apologized and informed him that it was an honest mistake. I then used the correct card to pay for what I came for. Even after that, he continued to yell, curse and belittle me. Then I asked him what his bosses name was, he said his number is right here and said he was going to give it to me (all the while continuing his rant). However, he didn't give me the number and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I stayed calm and even continued to apologize for the honest mistake. He told me to leave and never come back... For an honest mistake that I corrected and even apologized for.

Stopped here a few times in the over night/very early morning. They are always full of fresh hot food that he won't sell, saying its not ready. He won't make anything to order like other 7-11's do, he says he's too busy geting ready for the morning. They might as well just close at night.

So i was in the store with my daughter getting drinks and a couple hot dogs, i decided to by a lotto ticket and out of nowhere the cleark had the audacity to say " if you win, dont get married to trait one." Referring to my daughter. I informed him of the fact, he quickly apologized, regardless, my daughter and i were highly offended, and i plan on making a complaint to the management.

So it's been twice in buying a chocolate milk and its was bad. I didnt call to let them know. A week later I go to the same store. The one on Hall close to Greenway rd in Beaverton. Buy regular milk and a croissant bakery . And I got to my jobsite open the milk only to get a spoiled milk again aaaggghh. Tried calling this time and no one answers. Am not going to this store again. Only reason was cause I live blocks away but now I rather drive 5 miles away to go to plaid pantry . Check your out dated food. Dont know how many people have gone through this. Before me. Am Concerned

Worst experience! I told the two indian guys the food us old and stale and he started arguing with me? I said i dont want my money back i just wanted u to know its old. He said no no no i made the chicken 3 hours ago its good. I told him to try it and he said no i don't like it. I will never co.e back to this establishment!

Had a huge argument with the lady manager here. Where do I start. I bought 6$ worth of drinks on my ebt. I guess one item did not go through. I didn't know because the cashier acted like I was done. She turned her back already bagged my stuff and was doing something else. I was in a hurry so I took my recipet and left. After I got to my car a kid runs out saying I owe 3$, not even the employee. So I'm all embarrassed, I go in with a little attitude. I said it's really embarrassing I have to come back in here you acted like I was done. From a customers stand point you should finish with the customer first and not do stuff in between to make them think they are done. She started yelling and me with her finger my face saying "don't tell me how to do my job" "I'm busy here" I told her I'm busy too. I was shocked and asked her if she was the manager. She said yeah I'm the manager. I said OK about left. I filled a complaint with corporate and if it's not solved I'll be going to the bbb. It's very sad she has no professionalism being the store manager trying to be all gangster. Not to mention they had like no drinks in stock. I will never be going here again. And hope she learns a lesson that customers matter and you should treat them with the respect they deserve. This was 8pm on 9/19/17 Dont go to this store cus they obviously don't care about their customers at all. The worst customer service I've ever had in my life!
