I've only been there three times but every time they have forgotten at least one of my orders and refuse to even look or try to see if they left it behind. I have always gotten the same answer "I'm pretty sure I put my hand in there" Put your hand in what?!?!? Most of the employees are really nice except the one manager who I heard tell an employee to not believe me.

This location is consistent. By that I mean consistently hit or miss. Last visit I was greeted at the speaker with “what’re you having”. After going to the window it looked as though the order taker was training a new guy. Stared at me and didn’t bother to say a word. Then, they both forgot to take my money (who’d complain right?) So I let them know they failed to charge me and paid. Showed the lack of f——s given by the trainer. Today approximately 2:30 I hit the drive-thru and ordered a ck strip meal. Ordered ranch dressing but what I got instead when I opened it, is a watered-down cup of ranch. I thought the bubbles looked strange. Then noticed the viscosity was that of water. NO smell, NO taste. You guys gave me a cup of I don’t know what to dip my chicken in. Also… can we start to salt our french fries??? “C‘ Mon, man!” Every. Time. It’s like eating straight potato and I fail to ask for salt because every single establishment that serves fries salts them since… ever. I hope the franchise owner or at minimum the manager reads these. Very disappointed.

It was my son's 21st birthday.... The store was just opening, still setting up and thee "Most wonderful" "sweet" "kind" lady made sure that my son got the "EXACT" cake he wanted..... Even though they didn't have his cake, they only the middles were made in the back freezer. Anyway, we waited for maybe 10 minutes and she had made everything to fit my sons liking. She made him feel special 🥳🎁🎂🎉💯😎 THANK YOU TO THE BEST CAKE MAKER AT DQ IN BEAVERTON! I wish I would have gotten your name to make sure "YOU" get the shout out you deserve!!! You made my kiddos day a good one by offering your help and ideas. Thank you. The other staff were very pleasant as well. The overall experience was GREAT!! 💯✌️ 🌺 😊 🎂 🍦 🎉

Dirty uniforms and visibly unclean cooking area and order location. They got my order wrong twice and then after I paid for my order and they didn’t give me my blizzard I had to pay for it again even though it was sitting there with my order. They knew that since I didn’t get an itemized receipt that I couldn’t prove it unless we redid the whole order. After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I decided to pay for my child’s blizzard and get out of there. I did call and ask if we could go over it on the phone but the Amanda accused me of lying. It’s not worth the $4. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Couldn’t even eat the rubbery burgers. Blah!!

I just love their chili fries and malts so much! Ordering food inside (either to go or dine in) does take an extremely long time since it seems this location prioritizes the drive thru over anyone else. I did one time wait about 15 minutes for a single order of chili fries to go which is crazy but I wasn't in a rush nor would I ever complain over something the staff can't control. I do wish there was more balance in helping folks inside as well as in the drive thru. It's the only reason I don't stop by more often. The inside of the building is clean and clearly well maintained and I've never had any issues with my food or desserts. The staff aren't big people-pleasers (no smiles or greetings) but they seem to enjoy each other's company judging by how much they talk to each other. I love it - it's not a complaint. I wish more establishments would just let their staff talk amongst each other even while working.
