I ordered a surprise lunch for my boyfriend today and was absolutely shocked to open up our food. I posted a picture of the receipt. One sandwich was supposed to be a steak and cheese sandwich with veggies. When my boyfriend opened it up it was a turkey sandwich with hardly anything put on it. The avocado wrap we ordered was mostly corrected except no avocado was on it. Very disappointed with their purchase. It is important to note the store was also nearly empty so the mistakes make even less sense to me.

The drive thru is horrible. I’ve tried multiple times thinking this could be excellent to have a fast food option that’s a sandwich and not fried food. Alas, every single time it is excruciatingly slow and half the time the order microphone or person taking orders isn’t even there to take an order. Just go inside if you want any kind of service.

I get there at 815 pm they close at 9. I was the only one in so I asked if they were still making sandwiches and got a yes. Cool I had a kids meal needed and two footlongs which I told them all three what they were. They make the italian cool and then go in the back come out and then say sorry no turkey but we have ham. We'll if anyone has kids this just won't work could of started off with were out but I've worked a sandwhich shop moons ago and even then we had something called a slicer which we would slice more but guess that's too much to ask a hr before closing. Lazy.... wait best part was " your not gonna take the italian" um no I need 3 subs not one and the rest of us can watch him eat. They weren't pleased but really should that of been a actual question when u told me you could not cut meat till morning.....

I thought I would do the drive-thru, they used to have a normal speaker that you could give your order.
Now they have a touch screen! I watched the lady in front of me touch it all over and many times. That seems awfully smart considering covid... 🤔 Who was the genius behind this?

Zero customer service, the two workers made it in incredibly uncomfortable interaction just ordering food. NOT WORTH IT! (Tuesday around 6:15ish)

Messy even though no one is aloud to stay inside, don’t know where the baskets are from since they’re not supposed to be used, employees were unprofessional, ordered 30 minutes ahead and still wasn’t even started when I got there. But the food itself was fine.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The customer service here is horrible! They need new workers. Workers that aren’t going to be rude and stuck up
