I came in on a quiet Thursday afternoon (3:30 pm). All three employees I interacted with at the counter were kind, patient, enthusiastic, and created a fun atmosphere inside. Sandwich was prepared very fast. Yummy food, incomparable employees!

Stopped by the first time to give it a shot. Everything on the menu sounds good. I ordered a Mediterranean it was lacking any kind of flavor and the middle was cold... The set up is very confusing …. And why the hell are the counters ridiculously tall!? The employees were nice and I have no complaints about the staff or the building or anything. It was clean and everyone was friendly enough. I just don’t think I’d come back based on my experience.. and they also don’t have gluten free bread so I wouldn’t even be able to bring any of my friends. 🤷🏼♂️

Pretty disappointed when I spend $40 on Uber eats and my sandwich has chicken salad on 1/3 of it. Paying $10+ for a sandwich, I’d expect to at least get half of what I ordered correct. It was more like a veggie sandwich with a hint of chicken salad. Food is good, so it’s a bummer I didn’t get what I paid for.

Great sandwiches, good pricing and you’re able to make customizations pretty easily. Be careful, the “hot peppers” are super spicy! They also have lots of single serve chips and a variety of drinks. There was a shelving unit where you can pick up orders placed online as well if you’re in a hurry.

Another great quality sub/sandwich shop. Tried the new prime rib sandwich. The prime rib was tender and had a great meaty flavor. The bread was nicely toasted and soft on the inside. First time trying the Mac & cheese and it was amazing. The 3 cheese blend was rich and creamy, so flavorful. I added bacon and the bacon was perfectly meaty and cooked perfectly. Had to get the limited time apple cider donut sundae and boy was it filling. The donut was warm dense and moist with a great apple cinnamon flavor. The vanilla ice cream on top was great quality as well. 4.9🌟

Probably my favorite chain sub joint. Love my sandwiches toasted with a little Italian seasoning- yumm. Try "The Wreck" with feta subbed; might not make you feel too great, but worth it.

First time visiting a potbelly and was not impress with the manger. He was very rude and I asked for some thing to be placed on my sandwich and he told me that should’ve been ordered first. If I have been to a potbelly before I would’ve known for sure. But, never be to this place ever the guy was completely rude and a jerk and I asked one of the workers if he was the manager and she said yes. He needs to go back to customer service school. We also witnessed him being rude to his employees. We will never come back to this place.

Went in to ask if they had a mask. Kindly asked them if they did since I had forgotten mine. They responded rudely, without looking at me, “we do not have a mask for some like you”. Said ok and promptly walked out. I understand about not having masks to dole out but no need to be so rude about it.
