‼️I called about the free birthday scoop and she said I need to go to a preschool and get a coupon? And I was confused so she decided to say “ you can figure it out on ur own” which is extremely disrespectful. She hung up on me while she interrupted me….. I am pretty sure she’s the owner of this Baskin-Robbins so she thinks she can go away with this but it’s not ok!‼️

This was the perfect place to get a summer treat today. The lady working there was extremely nice and I feel terrible for not leaving a tip as the kiddos ice cream and gummy bears were mostly on the ground when we left.

Great place with an incredible variety of flavors to choose from and free samples to try a new flavor. Their ice cream cakes are awesome and you can special order one with 24 hrs notice
and it will be ready for you. Best place in town.

3 2 scoop items ordered. One kids and 2 regular. The regular were actually tiny kids scoops and $18 for the 3 items. Nice staff but way overpriced for what you receive.
Sadly my youngest said vanilla had no flavor and didn’t even eat his. (he’s used to euro ice cream). My teen said his waffle cone was stale/gross he tossed the cone after eating the snickers ice cream from it. Will not be returning to Baskin Robins.

I was traveling from Seattle WA to Beaverton OR when I stop by this ice cream stop. The customer service Sam seemed annoyed by my kids . He walked away started washing his dishes while my kids are asking questions. When I told him that they r ready to place their order. He came to take the orders and one of my girl tried to ask a question then he said, “See she is not ready” over all Sam was not happy with his work, I think he probably wish to be other place than selling IceCream . In my observation Sam was rude.

Took the 3 granddaughters for ice cream, they sampled just about every flavor and the staff cheerfully kept handing the samples out. Eventually we all settled on double scoops, and everyone was happy. The place has lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and is clean. The friendly staff ensured we will be return customers.
