Had the Black and Blue burger, very tasty. Also got a side of moz zarella sticks. Looked great, however, weren't quite heated through. Needed a couple more minutes to melt the cheese. Hostess was very polite and took care of the minor mess left on the table. The towel she used was very damp and left the table very wet. When I mentioned the fact, she responded, "Well, at least it's clean". True, but I think I can speak for many of us wanting a good dining experience, we don't want to put clean napkins, silverware, and the menu we're handling on a wet table. Requested extra napkins and dried the table off myself as she was off doing other things. All in all, a good meal. Just need a little more attentiveness from staff.

Told me to be here at 6:30pm for a pick up order. Got the food at 7:10pm. This has made me late for an event. Would have gone somewhere else had I know they would be so late.
Then I opened the food. The cod only had 1/3 the normal amount of fries and the mozeralla sticks were literally empty of cheese. Will be going back to get a refund after my event tonight.

I had an absolutely fantastic dinner from here! It was my first time using their app and also first time doing curbside pickup and the food was EXACTLY how I ordered it even all the details were correct like extra crispy fries etc.
Before I left the team member Zeenith took care of me to the absolute fullest! She asked me to double check my order for accuracy and asked if she could get me anything else. She was so sweet and really just knocked it out of the park!
The food was delicious, the service was spectacular and I look forward to coming back!

Went to Red Robin today. The service was top notch! My party was served in the bar where it was nice and cool. We had plenty of beverages, our food was hot and took little time to make, and when we needed help with the card reader they were able to fix it fast. Highly trained staff except in food prep. The cook made a lettuce wrap with a small head of lettuce, and my blta croissant had a bit too much mayo. The cheese fondue was delicious and my ice tea was perfect.

Great location! I’ve used curbside pick up many times. Super easy to order on the app and just call/text when you arrive at the restaurant. You can still get the extra fries on your pickup orders just as you do in the restaurant. Make sure to get several dipping sauces, especially the campfire Mayo. Check out their website/app for lots of discounts and deals.

It took an hour to get our food and the restaurant was very empty. It’s most likely a staffing issue but even then our server was walking around the restaurant and didn’t check up on us too much. The guy who helped us out tho was great, super friendly and helpful when he did check up on us. Food was pretty good once we got it!

This was one of the better RR experiences I've had recently. They brought out a basket of fries before I got my burger, which used to be standard practice at RR. The Banzai burger I got was pretty good, about usual in terms of quality/freshness. No complaints.

We enjoy going here regularly the food is always delicious and the staff is always very helpful and nice normally we get seated right away and we get extra fries at our table right away while we wait for our food. Our most recent order was to go, Zeenith was very helpful, fast and friendly and made sure our order was correct! See you all soon!
