The first time here the staff was friendly the quality of food was great I was very impressed. I got the chicken sandwich it was fresh and tasted fresh. They piled on the veggies 🥗 which I appreciated! I also tried the Oregon Coffee with cold cream. The atmosphere was calm there were a few customers inside. The drive through was busy.

Ordered on the app. Ready time was quick, even though they were busy. Food was hot and good. Glad the fried chicken sandwich is back. Only feedback is I wish there was a reminder on the app to request ketchup and/or sauces.
I have asked for burger #6. I had the same with few days before but it was something small and gone in 2 bites.
This time it was full size. Guys were great.
One thing i dont like about Burgerville is that they ask for tip. It is fast food. Not a fancy restaurant. But still 5 stars
I love Burgerville. Like that it's a PNW establishment. Like that they use local ingredients. Today though, the waffely fries were room temp, and I asked for ketchup to be added to my burger but it was not, and based on how long it took to hand my shake, they forgot to start it when I ordered. Not biggie, but hot fries are an expectation, not a bonus. Still tasted good.
