My first time experience ordering from them for my company, they were exceptional 👌... I order 12 trays and they were helpful and understanding plus give me a call for reminder too. I would definitely be ordering again in the future. My team loved the sandwich assortment.

I love the sandwiches here. Wish they still had cherry peppers 😒 Staff is freindly and the place is well maintained. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but overall really good.

I had a medium Steak and Cheese sub which was really good, but for $9 it felt really light on the filling and the subs are not particularly big to begin. I don't visit here frequently enough to know if that's the norm or if it was just an off day, but it didn't feel like I got enough for what I paid.

Ordered from Grubhub and I didn’t get my chips. Texted the driver right away and he said he delivered the order just how he received it. Contacted the restaurant and the lady on the phone snapped at me and said “ I packed that order myself and they were in there. Contact Grubhub”! The driver even went back to the store and the same lady told him “No… he already got his chips”! Worst service EVER. I don’t understand why Firehouse Subs doesn’t put some sort of safety or tamper resistance tape on the top of the bag like literally every other restaurant does. FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND SERVICE WAS DISGRACEFUL. She should be fired. More to come. Don’t ever eat here!

Good, but a bit pricey for the experience. Definitely leaps and bounds better than other chain sandwich places in the area.

Love the New York Steamer! Consistency is key! Had them all over the US and am pleased every time knowing it's just as good every time. Have tried other sandwiches, but all roads lead me back to tgexNY steamer. Love it!
