I asked the cashier at the front if she had any sample cups. Just simply said “excuse me”. I didn’t realize she was talking to a customer. It just looked like she was receiving payment. She turns to me and says one sec, and gives us the sample cups. I said thank you, but after we went up to pay. She scolded me about trying to ask her a question. She said “don’t yell at me when I’m talking with a customer. It confuses me.” It was kind of unprofessional. It’s her job to multi task and help customers, not try to embarrass them.

Progress Ridge Townsquare provides a Menchie's coupon on their website which is good until 8/14/2022 for free 5 oz. yogurt. When using the coupon, they said they couldn't honor it because they "can't track" when customers used it. Menchie's Progress Ridge - please get your business aligned with your Property Management so customers aren't being misled by your false advertising.
For a better customer experience and cleaner atmosphere (with tasting cups!) go to Menchie's Oregon City.

I love that they have Dole Whip for the summer, but when we went they put toppings into little plastic cups preventing the BYO experience, but most importantly making it super expensive since they had to be weighed, extra plastic and product and all. The Hillsboro location has really great topping containers that seem pretty easy to maintain, I'm not sure why this one hasn't followed suit?

Menchies was ok but the kids throwing food from the upper deck, unsupervised, was not. Pretty disappointing and didn't make for an enjoyable visit.

Love this yogurt spot, it’s close to the movies, shopping, restaurants, coffee and grocery store. Our family likes to take a walk around the reservoir or hang out and watch kids fish. Great summer fun!

The inability to taste before you have to commit to a flavor really decreased our enjoyment. The portions of toppings are too big and it's just not as fun. The lime reminds me of hospital jello.

I came in and they didn’t ask my number for the rewards like they should and I didn’t get to say it in time before my bf paid, I also got the chocolate covered marshmallow but they were so stale I couldn’t even chew them and as I was eating I saw they put new products on top of the old product
