Oh my gosh, amazing. The best and freshest sushi I’ve tried in Oregon. The deluxe chirashi bowl is so delicious and comes with a lot of fish. They were very busy when we came in on a Thursday night, 1 sushi chef so food did take quite a while but it was so worth the wait! The service is very nice and the food is amazing.

Very fresh every time! Slightly overpriced. Updated for a visit occurred 10/30/21: This was one of my favorite sushi places before, but I had a really bad experience on the date mentioned above. It was a Friday evening, I called ahead for takeout so I didn’t have to wait. The lady on the phone quoted me 25 minutes. I showed up only to wait an extra 25 minutes. Left without checking my food as I was starving. By the time I got home, I realized the order was incorrect. I ordered the deluxe chirashi bowl which I ALWAYS did but this was just a regular one. On top of that, the size of the fish was pathetic. They are smaller AND thinner. One of the pieces was SO thin, there was a hole on it. I decided to give them another try since I liked Toshi so much. The result was not good. Vender issue? Supply chain issue? No matter what the issue was, this no longer fits my standard. Do want to mention that the young lad working there was very friendly.

This place might look small but the flavor is mighty. Seriously, the most flavor in a sushi roll I've ever had (and not just because it's loaded with more salt). I DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone wanting delicious and traditional sushi that isn't overpriced. It is amazing and I eat sushi often and have had it at expensive restaurants before. This place is top tier!

Toshi is always amazing. Just eat there. Or order and pick up. It's never fishy. it's always artistic and extremely yummy, they are always nice, the restaurant is peaceful... although it does get busy so if it's at a time that might be very busy it might be very busy because it's very good, but everything has always been just right so highly recommend it. They are Japanese so I guess they know what they're doing.

Awesome Food and Service. It’s a small restaurant but don’t let that fool you. They really know how to get things done. I’m wheelchair bound and they always make room for me. It’s obvious they make everything on the spot per order. Unlike other sushi places where you can tell things were pre-made a long time ago. Great Place!
