Tropical Smoothie Cafe

No smoking 🚭 Service dog 🐕‍🦺friendly Wheelchair accessible & friendly ♿ Mask Free 😌 I like this place but there Bahama MA ma's aren't as good as the Tropice Smoothie Cafe location in Florida. This location is a lot faster then the one I love. The one I love takes 30 minutes or or more to make one drink. The young adult's working here are Friendly and pleasant. It was only $5.00 for a medium smoothie. They keep the shop clean and make sure the place looked nice and presentable You can order Smoothies for here on line using your cell phone. You can get food here too. I felt like the Flash with how fast and easy it was to order my drink and received it.

Zero stars is not an option or I would have selected it, and it has nothing to do with the food products. I have been there two times this month and on both occasions witnessed a similar scene: management staff yelling and swearing at the young staff in front of a packed store of customers. The young staff, which appeared to be comprised mostly of high school age females, was obviously publicly humiliated by the public inappropriate treatment, creating an uncomfortable situation for both the patrons in the store and the staff. There were many comments and disagreeable glances between myself and other witnessing patrons in line. As if swearing and humiliation from the staff to the young employees wasn't inappropriate enough, they chose to conduct this behavior in witness of a busy lunch crowd, making the situation awkward for everyone in the establishment. Since I have witnessed it two times in the same store on the only two occasions I have ever visited there, roughly a month apart, I can only guess that this is the standard work environment the store embraces. I only hope by posting this comment that the owner of the store/franchise takes action to curb the inappropriate behavior of the management staff. I did not further escalate the scene in the store in respect to the other staff and patrons, and based on the immature behavior I witnessed from the management I am sure it would have benefited no one. In any case, I will never step foot in this particular location again. I cannot believe this behavior is tolerated in the 21st century.

So just got home and opened my sandwich up to see this it’s completely burnt and there’s bacon on it. The sign said smoked mozzarella grilled cheese, no where did it say anything about bacon being in it. I can’t eat pork. Plus, who gives a customer a burnt sandwich?? I mean who even does something like that. I’d be rethinking how you train your employees.
