Panera Bread

I love how Panera updates their menu from time to time, I don’t eat out frequently but whenever I do there’s already something new to try out here! It’s really great, today I ordered broccoli Mac and cheese and bacon sandwich and I’m not disappointed at all! Tasted so so yummy. I love love love it. I cleaned my plate. Thanks Panera bread

Terrible. When I went here I ordered food to go and found a ton of long blonde hair in my sandwich. Not just one (which would still be so disgusting) but at least four hairs. The girl who made the sandwich had blonde hair. The manager was very polite and said we can get our money back but still very nasty.

I am vegetarian. I have options to choose from here. They have : Breakfast - I recommend the spinach artichoke quiche. Soups - My favorite is broccoli cheddar. Salads - Fuji Apple dressing. Drinks - Peach hot tea or lemonade. I order the pick 2 = Soup and salad and a chunk of delish bread. ( little containers of butter are located where you pick up your order.) I always pay the extra $1.00 to add a desserts - I like the kitchen sink cookies. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program card. For your birthday you get to pick a free desert. There may be a wait here. I use the app to order to quicken this process. There are kiosk to order from as well.

I wanted to place a catering order for 22 box lunches. I spoke with Taylor at The Greene location. She was VERY rude and kept sighing during our entire conversation, she said she didn't know if she would have enough "product" but would "try" to get them done. She put me on hold, came back and said she thought they could do it, they would try to borrow "product" from other stores, ALL sorts of scenarios that I didn't need to hear. I had an event where people had placed orders for specific food items, "TRYING" to get them done wasn't very reassuring. What if they couldn't? We would just be without lunch?? She hem-hawed around so much that I had NO confidence in her ability, much less that I would actually get my order or if it would even be accurate if I did get it. Needless to say next time we are going to have an event, I will NOT suggest Panera Bread.......EVER!!!! VERY disappointing, terrible service!!
