This was my first time having Giordano's outside of Chicago and it was perfect! Betty was attentive and provided excellent service. Definitely will make the trip from Southern Ohio again to this location!
This place actually has Chicago deep dish pizza like the ones you get in Chicago, our server "Jay" was on his game, he kept checking to make sure a food was right and our drinks were filled, excellent food, service, and atmosphere for Family Dining. If you haven't tried it, take my word you will want to. And be sure you ask for Jay.
Damion was fantastic. Never let our glasses run dry and was very attentive to our needs/wants. We will come back.

I have been to another franchise before but the other one was not as good. This one was better. The phone rep was not as receptive of me or "friendly" but everyone else was.
They have a completely hands free bathroom as you can see in the pics.
They also have fun games for children.
OMG! The service is way too good, the food is amaze-tastic! The salad ingredients are fresh and good quality. Talking about their salad portions..they are quite large. You can easily share a salad, which is great. The deep dish pizza is huge and delicious. The small deep dish pizza is huge and enough for 3 people. For whatever reason, they took a few minutes to take our order. After the waiter and manager apologized, everything was perfect!
Yes, I recommend this place! Just keep in mind that the deep dish pizza needs a little more time to be ready. 👏🏻
