Mcdonald's

We order here regularly for a quick lunch or dinner. Last night I ordered two happy meals, with extra fries as the second side. When I received my order there was only one fry in each box. I asked the boy and he asked the lady in front of the fries. She then stated it only come with one fry. I showed the app and she took two small fries and shoved them into a bag and threw the bag at the window attendant saying to just give me the fries. He looks shocked and shacks his head and said she’s mad. This was one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever experienced. The girls name was Danielle and I will definitely be sharing my experience with others. It’s no way to conduct business. I also don’t understand how you have employees who doesn’t know what’s included in a happy meal, when I’m sure that’s your most popular menu item.

I use their app and place curbside and so far so good, I haven't had a single issue yet. What I do is go to curbside, order, cut my car off, watch YouTube, and 99% of the time my food is 4.5 stars or better. They're friendly, it takes the pressure off of the workers. In just chilling in my car watching YouTube

If I had to rate the experience solely on the friendly staff and sanitation, this place would get 5 stars. But, ultimately you are going there for the food, which was subpar. We had breakfast and the coffee was colored water, hash browns were cooked in oil that needed changing, and breakfast sandwiches seemed to be under a heat lamp for too long. I wasn't expecting 5 star cuisine, but even for fast food it was underwhelming.

We were driving through from out of town and let me say, we were very disappointed. We ordered via the app which ended up glitching on their end. Then it took forever for the food to be ready. Which there was only 1 small order ahead of mine. The staff didn't seem to know what was going on, at one point one of the employees told everyone to "quit making nuggets." They were out of sweet tea in the dining room, and never went out to fill it up. The staff was mostly friendly, while most of the food was terrible, the fries were decent.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I am not anti-fast food like Squidward. This place is just genuinely lacking... We’ve been here multiple times and received cold food. Coffee machine/hot cocoa is terribly cross contaminated. Meat is PINK! They somehow managed to even make the nuggets not taste right. I love McDonald’s, but we will not be returning to this one... unless maybe under new management or ownership. If you want McDonald’s, go to the other one. It’s worth the extra mile or two. I would like to add that I had an excellent experience here one morning for a breakfast pick up. Probably a different set of people working mornings and evenings. Thank you, morning staff!
