Little Caesars

By far the worst pizza shop experience I've ever had. Waited an hour for a pizza I already paid for through the app and then was told they were out of the dough needed to make it(deep dish). Wouldn't refund me at store but was told I needed to contact corporate on my own to get refunded. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tried ordering $40 worth of food tonight online and it wouldn't go through and the app said to call the store and place an order. I call the store and they tell me their computer systems are down and I can't place an order over the phone only online. We'll funny thing is my online order won't go through so the lady on the phone tells me to give me her my name and number and she will have her manager call me. 5 minutes later the same girl calls me back saying that the computer systems shutdown 5 minutes before closing for online orders meanwhile I was trying to place this order at 645 not 655 and she had no answer. And she then told me she was a supervisor and not the manager. This place is a joke and would refrain anyone from ordering here ever again. They need shut down.
