They consistently add extra foam when you request “no foam” on a latte. If I wanted foam like this I’d have asked for a cappuccino.
I’ve seen it done well at many other Starbucks and other coffee stores, but this one can’t seem to figure it out. It’s extra insulting when you actually request no foam and they tell you it’s filled “all the way up”…

Accrued during the week is outstanding they never make a mistake and all the drinks are prepared perfectly and exactly how you ask for them and you never have to repeat your order. The weekend crew not so much. Take your chances and I Starbucks people are very loyal but Monday through Friday you can’t go wrong, it’s a crapshoot on the weekend

Rarely get drinks right anymore at any of the locations around here. Over priced and smaller drink sizes. This was the biggest coke brew they had. $6 and six of small anywhere else. Watered down and room temp. I told them that they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. What a joke. Again $6!!!!!! For that!!!! Never again

I walked in..5 people working behind the counter..Not a single acknowledgement that I was there. When I asked if anyone was going to help me, I was met by a rude and condescending greeting from a young woman who begrudgingly asked for my order. After hearing her tone, I told her I was not I terested in buying anything. She hollered after me as I left the store telling me to have a nice day. It was NOT a friendly comment. I'll not be back.

14 year long worker was very demeaning and rude. All over their website stating that they had boba when they didn’t and we showed the worker the website.

I don't usually post reviews, but that being said I was actually trying to get a corporate phone number.When I was ordering drinks I noticed nats in the display case. Not 1 or 2 but close to a dozen! I was told that well there is nothing we can do about them and we dont sell out of the case! Yes you can do something!! Its called cleaning !!! DISGUSTING!!
