A dining experience like no other in Beaver Creek. Whether you’re looking for a drink on their deck with views of Beaver Creek mountain, a quick bite at the bar, or a fully interactive dining experience, Revolution is a must do for locals and visitors alike. The menu is affordably priced and worth driving up the hill for, especially with free summertime parking just steps from their door (it's only steps from the bus stop too!) The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they've definitely set the bar with their unique concept that includes the tableside preparation of various dishes. Start with a refreshing caipirinha, then order some of their delicious rotisserie flavors to share like the achiote pineapple pork that is locally sourced and served with a cucumber avocado sauce, or the tasty 7X beef with a honey horseradish sauce. I’m hooked after my first visit and already planning my return so I can explore the rest of their menu. Two thumbs up for Revolution - way up!
wonderful breakfast in the Beaver Creek village. pork and beef products locally sourced. delicious sausage in the hash brown skillet. great service and friendly staff. great place to eat as you wait for the lifts to open or the snow to soften up.
I visited Revolution during my first trip to Beaver Creek and the staff and chef exceeded every expectation I had. While I don’t know if he staff are always as attentive (we visited early in the season), I was impressed with their attentiveness without being overbearing. We made a reservation via Open Table and they greeted us with two complimentary glasses of champagne for our anniversary - love the attention to detail. The servers were informational and receptive to our feedback on one of the cocktails my partner ordered. We both ordered the Wagyu Filet Mignon, which was the best steak I have ever eaten - including the Wagyu steak I had in Tokyo. The cocktails were amazing and if it’s not on the menu, just ask!
Revolution should definitely be on your to-do list when you visit Beaver Creek.
Unlike anything you have seen. The owner is the chef and you can tell. Nothing is the same and nothing is ordinary. the wagyu is incredible. The service top to bottom is fantastic. From the person that sat us, to the water you will know they have a sense of pride about the restaurant. The bar is very good as well.
The venue is remarkable. In the lobby there is a art deco of climbers on rope and on belay in a cliff.
Out the other side is a statue if an American Indian with a bow. It is an incredible piece and if you leave without a photo you did not take the time to see it.
The foyer is pleasing and abstract.
They have this right!
All and all a memorable experience. We have been many times and it just gets better. This place works for it and it shows.
I have been all over the world and never enjoyed such a better steak. We are a party of 10 but the service made us feel like we’re the only ones in the restaurant. This is a must stop for steak, fries rotisserie chicken and a fresh salad. My two little ones are the pickiest eaters and they even enjoyed it.
Often overlooked spot. Nice atmosphere. Sit at the bar or patio for view of centennial and strawberry chairlifts..rarely crowded like chophouse or c bar with similar offerings. occasional music. Good stop for breakfast. happy hour/apres menu is affordable for locals.
