Although there was a little bit of wait for our table, it was understandable given it was a special day with fully booked tables. The service was phenomenal and very attentive from the start to finish despite this. If you are okay with spending 2+ hours enjoying the food, it shouldn't be a problem, but if you expect to get a quick food service, probably not the right place. The complementary valet was also very nice. Rack of lamb was very well cooked and my husband said it was one of the best he had, and the lemon soufflé was just to die for! Price is definitely on the higher side, but it is worth a visit for a special occasion.
As always, amazing food and service. The team is top professionals and the food is outstanding. Bill and Matt are so welcoming, and take the time to make us feel extra special. Chefs Brian and Scotty put out food that will never disappoint. Go in and have your standards of a great dining experience raised to a new level.
One of the best dining experiences of my life.
We had the octopus and pork belly special which were bursting with flavors and colors. We also had the sea bass and New York strip. Every bite was incredible and thoughtfully put together for the perfect symphony of tastes. Splendid!
Splendido is not just some ordinary place to eat -
it's an experience that you'll want again and again! This restaurant is the ultimate destination for those who appreciate heavenly food and incredible service! Interior design looks like something out of fairytales and the fireplace is an added bonus where you can enjoy your favorite drink in an elegant setting!
From the moment you walk in to when your server comes around with a dessert menu, this place has it all!!!
We were impressed by everything about them and can't say enough great things!
A wonderful location, delicious food served by friendly staff members who go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect - what could be better? Looking forward to coming back here next year!
A great fine dining option when visiting Beaver Creek. Classic, but inspired cuisine, expertly prepared and served. We dined at Splendido over 10 years ago and we were pleasantly surprised to see it was still there. We enjoyed a great meal there in 2022. We look forward to returning next time we're in the area
One of the best meals and overall restaurant experiences my wife and I have ever had! It was my wife's birthday and we were seated at a table for two next to the kitchen. The menu is full of interesting takes on American classics. Huge thank you to Brian, Corey, Bill, John, Kristin, Matthew and the entire team for a terrific evening!

Splendido at the Chateau is the place to dine at when you’re in Beaver Creek. I’ve been a fan of Chef Brian and the entire team here at Splendido for years, they are simply the best! Upon entering the Chateau we received a warm welcome from the staff member who takes care of the coat check and then we were escorted to our table (I highly recommend making a reservation in advance). The menu is filled with unique starters and it might be hard to choose which one to go with, just know that they are all delicious. They make changes to the menu regularly to keep things interesting, but you can’t go wrong with whatever soup or salad they’re offering. Around this time they will bring out their complementary bread basket that is sure to warm your soul. For entrées you can’t go wrong with the Dover Sole or Prime Beef NY Strip, every time I’ve ordered it here it comes out perfect. We also ordered the Filet Mignon with Foie Gras which was fabulous. They are happy to split entrées for you, they do charge a split plate fee for that but it’s well worth it. Be sure to leave room for dessert because they do not disappoint! We absolutely loved the Soufflé and the special Hazelnut Tiramisu. We should have ordered two soufflés because I could have easily finished one on my own, but in all seriousness don’t skip on dessert here. This place is close to my heart and a culinary experience that should not to be missed. Dinner at Splendido is always one of the highlights of my trip, and even though it was the most expensive meal out - it was well worth it for a “splendid” evening out with family and friends. ~EatingFTL
