Sonic Drive-in

Worst sonic ever. I had a mobile order. Waited 35 minutes then pushed the red button. I was told my order just finished & they would bring it out when they had time. I waited another 30 minutes 2 employees left the store with 3 cars at stations & a line in the driveway. I never received my order & I'll never go back. Rude & careless employees. Beaumont sonic sucks. Do better

The only reason it was not a 5 star is because it was my first time trying out sonics and expected the full experience with them brining out food to us. They told us to go to the drive thru because they are short staffed. The food was great I loved how crispy my fries came out. First time trying the Slushy and it was great definitely recommend. I got a big cup and it lasted me a long time since I still have over and hour of drive time to reach my destination.

Understaffed, but they were doing a really good job. The manager Estevan handled a very rude and irritated Door Dasher professionally and patiently. Despite being yelled at and verbally insulted. He eventually apologized but the second time she insulted and yelled, he told her to leave and that he would discontinue Doordash for the day. He handled the situation with grace but firmly maintained his professional composure. Our food took a little longer, but he checked in on us to reassure our order was progressing. Kudos to those that show up despite a bunch of potential workers not showing up for interviews.

Love Sonic, but this location is the absolute worst. Tip: ONLY use drive-thru. No response at the stall. Placed order via Mobile app. Waited 45 minutes. No response to pushing of red button. Got off and went in the store. Had to flag and employee down from the back, just to say they were working on our order. Waited another 15 to get our order. And to top it off. Our order wasn’t even right.

Went here a few weeks ago and waited over 30 minutes in stall #1 just to have my order taken. Why wait so long? Because my kid wanted a slush. Plus, everyone has a bad day once in awhile. No big deal. Fast forward to today, I was the second car in line in the drive thru. Took a few minutes for the car in front of me to order. No idea if it was Sonic or the customer that caused it to be slow. Get up to the speaker and a nice employee says she will be right with me. Literally 29 minutes later and multiple customers leaving the line behind me, I give up and drive up to the window. Took another couple of minutes for an employee to contact me. They looked confused as they looked at the screen and saw there were no orders pending for the drive thru. Got the attached photo of the drive thru window. I know things can be messy in (what was supposed to be fast food) but that is a bit ridiculous. I had plenty of time to read reviews while I waited. I see this is becoming a theme with this franchise. Drove off to get food somewhere else. Shoot, I could have gone to a restaurant and received my food faster!!!

Growing up in Oklahoma Sonic was an absolute staple of what I ate for years. This Sonic is by FAR the worst Sonic I've ever been too. It's so sad 😞 I am definitely an advocate for Sonic through and through but this particular one I've given multiple chances bc my kids love it too and it ALWAYS been a big flop. Plus when i heard it was coming to Beaumont I was telling everyone they had to try it!! Loooooonnnngggg wait times(regardless of vehicles or not), registers not working, taking orders by cell phone Note app, Cold food, broken breakfast burritos I could go on and on. Let's not even get on the fact that they refuse to come out to your car and make you go through the drive through where your stuck in line for more the 30 minutes minimum. Sad stuff to see a great franchise falling and falling with customers around the town its in. When I know for a fact they have some of the best food around when it's done right.................

How do they even have three stars? So in thought the point of being named sonic is to be fast. There were three cars in front of me and i sat in the driveway for at least 45 minutes. This is the slowest “fast food” resturaunt ive ever been too. If the food was at least hot and fresh i could deal but its not. The worst sonic ive been to and i lived in the south for years and have been to many of them.
