Sorry guys this is worste chicken I have had.
First time I tried at this location I didn't know it's gonna happen to me.
I just wasted my money, time and gas drive thru.
I saw bad review all of them true.
My advice please don't sale bad smelled chicken.
Please don't play with peoples health.
I don't recommend this chicken.

Very positive experience with curbside pick up. Got my food as expected even was still warm even though I had arrived 10 mins after scheduled pick up time 😓🤷♀️ The customer service was great. Asked for extra salsa and they went and got extra salsa 🌶️🍅🫑It's the little things that count :) thank you! 👍

I was not happy with the experience because, some of the items that would have normally been pictured along with the others that were there had been block out, and were not being sold any longer. So much for going there expecting your favorites...
The thing that bothered me the most was that I ordered a four piece meal right,... and so when I got it, I looked inside the container there was only one normal size piece. The rest of them looked like the normal sized piece's "little kids in tow." Don't play games like that with your customers .
You can do better, l encourage you to do it, Mr. Loco.

Love Pollo Loco. The food is good but totally stingy with salsa and onions I got a large family meal for 8 and when I ask for a lot of onions and cilantro, I got one small pack... Enough for one... Like... What? Otherwise it was a good experience.

This place constantly closes the dining facility whenever they want, they do not hold to posted hours. They also accept EBT, however they will only allow you to use it if the dining room is open. More often than not your order comes out messed up. Everything is so filthy! When I come in I check the counter and the credit machines and the plexiglass and it always has the same filth on it even if it's been a week since I came in here. There is one worker here in particular that always seems to have a bad attitude and makes you feel bad for having used up her time to place your order.

Beaumont, Ca. Where did they possibly find such a small chicken. A leg has 2 small bites, the thigh about the same. I got an 8 piece family meal for $25.00. it might feed 2 or 3. Did not taste anything like El Pollo Loco in Orange County. Something odd with the rice. Last time I will go there.

I love El Pollo Loco. But there is nothing that aggravates me more than not getting items I’ve ordered. I ordered the two birria tacos combo, the chicken avocado salad and two chicken nacho meals for my grandbabies. I get home 25 minutes later and no nachos. 😡😡. WHY?? Now I’ve got to go all the back from Yucaipa to Beaumont.
I feel like EPL has stepped up their game (I use to hate their food) but with customer service like this, it’s gonna cancel out the improved menu.

Albertsons makes better chicken. My order the chicken should have been on SSN it was so dry and bad. No More El Polo Loco for me.
