let me tell you how this McDonald’s is a well oiled machine. Food is always fresh hot and comes out expeditiously. No complaints no problems. Managers are happy to comp a meal when it’s an error on their part. My only complaint is it’s too close to my house 😭 S.O.S

We went through the drive thru but our food was ready fast and it was fresh. The order was correct and the drive thru person was polite and efficient. It is in a convenient area and they were busy but we ordered and our food was ready and we were on our way in about 5 minutes. They can handle the crowd under pressure and didn’t miss a beat!

App purchase did not go so smoothly but the staff was on top of it and got things resolved quickly and with courtesy.

They never are very friendly at this location. Not really rude but certainly not friendly either. The food was McDonald's good & the order was correct.

Mobile app is a disappointment indeed. You have to prepay, they take forever in the late evening to bring your food out to you (not within 5 mins;we waited almost 15 mins.) as the app promises. The customer service on 910 south Major (Beaumont, Tx) is definitely better in the day and early evening before 6pm. They don't even prepare your order until you give them the code for your payment on the app saying it's already paid for. So for the time I waste waiting on the food in a parking space, I could easily just order in line as well. The only step you skip is paying.
