Seen a free fries Friday offer... it was mid afternoon and I thought, man I'm gonna get some hour old heat lamp like lukewarm fries....but they were free w a small frosty so against my better judgement, I gave em a shot. Drive in line went slow...like it was sloooow. 6 stars outta 5. Never thought I could get better fries at Wendy's than I can make at home! I now realize the line was slow (like 5 minutes instead of 2...so I'm being dramatic about slow) BECAUSE THEY WERE MAKING THE FOOD FRESH. Earned my temporary trust. I'd wait in a slower-ish line anytime to get fresh piping, steaming HOT and tasty grub ANYTIME. Whoever the management is gets my kudos and I hope this trend of slowing down and cooking the food fresh so people get it hot is to become the norm!

Had a late night craving and hadn’t had Wendy’s in a year or two. Ordered the Dave’s Triple, which actually tasted very good. Seasoning was on point, however the execution of the build was a bit off. The mayonnaise and ketchup were leaking everywhere, the cheese was not on properly to the extent 75% of it was missing. The ordered extra pickles and tomatoes weren’t there, and the whole thing seemed like it was rushed. I understand the concept of “fast food”, but Geez Louise, at least pretend to take pride in your food.

I ordered a burger and didn't realize that it normally comes with mustard. I am allergic to mustard, and felt horrible about not placing my order correctly. I was willing to buy another burger for my mistake, but they quickly remade my burger (without mustard) at no extra charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite how busy they were. Very happy with my experience there.

I allowed the waitress to adjust the sandwich however she eats it since there were options and her recommendation was superb! I tried the new mozzarella chicken sandwich. They served the food very quickly also. The only objection was that the website says dine-in until midnight and drive through 1 am, but the dining room closes at 10.
