Only issue I have is I said light salt and pepper on a mobile order and they had put so much on there I could not eat it. But I've ordered there before and so far this is the best one in beaumont

Very considerate and nice workers. Going above and beyond in making me a satisfied customer.

Haven’t had Subway in a year or so, and after picking up my wife she said she would like some.
For the first time ever, I was the only customer in the building, and was in/out in record time.
The lady who made my order, was proficient and friendly. A pleasant change from previous experience at this location.

Good service and the food was good and fresh. No complaints

If you order a chicken bacon ranch and you request grilled chicken instead of shredded chicken, you have to pay extra.

Food made fresh, delicious, and friendly sandwich artist.

I love the ladies at this location. Always super nice. Only complaint I have is that our sandwiches have been wrong the last two time we ordered on the app.

I ordered my sandwich on the app, it was very convenient and time sufficient. I ordered my order and 15 minutes later it was done and waiting for me by the time I got to Subway which is around the corner from my job. It's on East Lucas and 69. The restaurant is very nice and clean and very welcoming. The staff is very nice and great gift great customer service. They made a mistake on my sandwich only one time and I went back and they accommodated me with a smile and with meek and humbleness and I thank them for that

Fast food deli and hot sandwiches. Fast food quality meat, but not bad. I like the artisan flatbread for a lower carbohydrate choice that's still delicious - when toasted. Actually have good deals if you join the rewards club either online or download the app. Better than greasy fast food options 💁🏼♀️ My favorite is the tuna melt.

My friend and I came in and order multiple items off the menu. The store was neat, clean, and inviting. We were both greeted upon arrival and all three ladies assisted us with our order. They were able to keep us laughing and entertained while assisting us with building our orders and was able to keep the line moving along as well. It has been a long time since I have walked into a store and felt that great when leaving. I was complemented on my way out and made to feel special just for a moment. It was a genuine experience and I will definitely be back at this location regularly! All three ladies did wonderfully. Our food tasted amazing as well. Couldn't have asked for a better five star experience!
